At Cambridge Creative, a leading creative design and digital marketing agency, I held the esteemed position of Performance Marketing Director. My primary role was to oversee and fine-tune our performance marketing strategies across the board to ensure optimal return on investment for our clients.

Strategic Leadership: Led and managed Cambridge Creative's performance marketing team, ensuring our campaigns were innovative, effective, and delivered measurable results.

Whilst at RedBrain, Google was fined for Monopolising the shopping space. This is when we decided to Launch our own CSS. 

Taking years of knowledge from the affiliate network industry and all the previous traffic buying experiance, we managed to scale to be Google's largest CSS partner, bidding on over 1b Products worldwide.

My job as the Traffic Team Leader was scaling out the Google CSS Affiliate channel with the development team within house and the Google CSS team. 

Review CSS traffic performance and communicate with the leadership team on current performance, forecast future performance and highlight any key opportunities or risks.

Research ideas, create plans and deliver tests to stay on top of current CSS / Shopping trends.

ASAP Compare Ltd

During my time at ASAP Compare, I learned how to manage Text Ads On both Google AdWords and Bing Ads at Scale.

We had been running some of the largest retail comparison sites in the world. From over 25,000 Retailers with Millions of products.

We were bidding on 100's of Millions of keywords systematically. My Task was to own this space and tackle automated bidding, monitoring performance, negative matching keywords and all the bits in between whilst being at such a large scale spending thousands upon thosands of GBP per day.

In the company that we liked to call 37x, it was a huge trial and error playbase.

I was Lead R&D manager, making sure that all the pieces fit together in our plan, and constantly finding out new ways that we can generate traffic and revenue from each part of our projects. 

We brainstormed thousands of ideas with collective knowlege of everyone in the group, building start ups quickly, growth hacking, proving our MVP and seeing if the business was scaleable. This was a really fun time, some projects worked, such as Drop Shipping jewelery across the world, facebook games that viral and many more.

I tested various ideas out on social media, brand & grow our social accounts also generate mobile app downloads.

We scaled to having an account for every town in the UK to give personal, geo located responses. We had over 30,000 Twitter accounts managed by myself using various custom scripts and extensive knowledge in how Twitter works.

30M Ltd

30M is one of the world’s fastest growing independent media and entertainment companies.

My role here was to manage the paid inbound traffic and how we generated revenue per page view. 

Through this experiance I learned a lot about Native Ad Traffic. Optimising revenue per page, split testing and a bunch more of really interesting techniques on turning a profit.
