For the last few years, I’ve been running on a treadmill.
Lots of work. Lots of responsibilities.
But very little that actually fed my soul.

Founders think they’re giving clarity.

When I audit a company, here’s what I always find:

- Founders assume instructions were understood.
- Managers assume teams know the process.
- Teams assume they’re doing the right thing.

Assumptions → Misalignment

Wrong actions → Inconsistent revenue

And the founder concludes:  “Lead quality is bad.”

No. The alignment is bad.

Here’s my approach to fixing it:

2️⃣ Check what the manager understood.
3️⃣ Check what the team actually executes.
4️⃣ Create a unified operating system.
5️⃣ Add daily check-ins to prevent drift.
6️⃣ Review call recordings (game-changer).
7️⃣ Solve misunderstandings in real-time.

It’s not fancy. But it works. Every. Single. Time.

Sales starts improving the moment communication becomes clear.

What’s one instruction you often have to repeat to your team?

Most founders are solving the wrong problem.
And it’s costing them revenue every single day.

Over the last few years, I’ve seen founders confidently say:

“We need better leads.”
“The team isn’t converting.”
“Follow-ups are the issue.”

But after auditing their funnel, 90% of the time the actual bottleneck was something else entirely:

It’s their vision and the team’s understanding were NOT the same.

Here’s what happens inside most teams (you’ll relate if you’re a founder):

- Founder gives instructions in 5 minutes.
- Team interprets them in 50 different ways.
- Execution happens based on assumptions.
- Results tank and founder gets frustrated.
- Team gets demotivated and Sales become inconsistent.

And then everyone starts blaming “lead quality.”

No. It’s not a lead problem.
It’s a clarity, alignment, and communication problem.

My process when I enter a company:

1. Speak to the founder - What EXACT business outcome do you want?
2. Speak to the management - What EXACT instructions were given?
3. Speak to the sales team - What EXACTLY they understood and are executing?
4. Identify gaps - They are always bigger than you think.
5. Create daily check-ins, real-time correction = fast revenue lift.

You’d be surprised how often the issue is simply:

Everyone is rowing in different directions while thinking they’re aligned.

Everyone is in a rush to “use AI" these days.
Very few are in a rush to define why.

I’ve watched this play out inside growing companies, when..
A competitor makes an announcement.
A board member sends a WhatsApp message saying, “Why aren’t we doing this?”

Suddenly, there’s panic.

“We need AI.”
“We need automation.”
“We need a chatbot.”

And boom, there’s a budget, a vendor, a pilot project…
but no North Star. 

No metrics. No problem statement. Nothing, just a chase. 

And here’s the uncomfortable truth:

AI doesn’t fix unclear thinking. It amplifies it.

If your processes are messy, AI will make them messier.
If your goals are vague, AI will waste your time faster.

The order should always be:
1. What’s broken?
2. What would ‘fixed’ look like?
3. Is AI the best solution or just the trendiest?

Because “we implemented AI” sounds impressive. 
But “our task time dropped by 60%” has an impact.

Next time someone says “let’s use AI,” ask the only question that matters:

👉 “What will change if we do?”

If there’s no answer, you don’t need AI. You need clarity.
