The Mycelium Revolution is upon us. It provides a cruelty-free way to create meat-like nutrition, styrofoam-like packaging, scaffolding for growing organs, leather imitations, wood imitations, concrete-like construction materials, interior design, and much more. Its fruits can be used for gourmet, next-gen medicinal, and pharmaceutical purposes. However, current cultivation techniques, especially petri dishes are not ideal for large-scale mycelium cultivation due to their need for sterile conditions, which require expensive equipment like a lab or a laminar flow hood. They lack sterility and fresh air exchange, necessitating the use of costly parafilm, which must be repeatedly applied and removed, leading to waste and risk of contamination.

The No Pour MycoDish™️ has been engineered to address these issues. It allows for inoculation and extraction of spores and mycelium without opening the container, eliminating contamination risks. This design ensures higher quality and safety, with less waste and stress. The MycoDish™️ combines German durability and Swiss precision for an exceptional agar experience.

The mindbuilding app offers you unique meditation courses, mindfulness trips through the real world, a knowledge area for the theory & research of mindfulness, daily inspiration, large live meditation sessions, your own meditation groups and more.

Model-driven approach to Smart Production/IIoT/Industry 4.0; Aligning interconnected industrial standards through transformation of meta models: ISA-95, ISA-88, AutomationML, OPC UA, REA

Among the plethora of industrial standards available in the context of smart manufacturing, one series of standards is consistently being mentioned for dealing with manufacturing operations management: IEC 62264 aka ISA 95. Its second part provides a conceptual model for the description of production systems and their capabilities, including runtime information such as concrete maintenance schedules or achieved production goals. In this work, we present a concrete graphical syntax and toolkit for the creation and presentation of IEC 62264-2 compliant models, using techniques from model-driven (software) engineering. We have evaluated our tool by conducting a user study for assessing its usability and effectiveness.
