- Launched and developed the TD for Me platform and the campaign concepts, content and approvals for this new geo-location platform.
- Lead the development of digital marketing content, ensuring all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice and optimized for search and user experience.
- Act as SME to build, manage and execute the development of use cases and content marketing strategies and tactics for TD for Me.
- Lead all types of content strategies and digital projects, including responsive website design, microsites, landing pages, banners, video production, and search.
- Focus on public sites, but consider the entire consumer journey and drive content integration points across channels, including social, mobile, video and print.
- Build and maintain relationships with key partners (Business, Planning, Digital Channel, Agencies) to understand and influence business strategies.
- Create agency briefs that leverage consumer insights to develop content strategies that support persistent business-as-usual content.
- Develop plans for tagging and reporting to measure against business objectives and overall site experience.
- Recommend and conduct ongoing usability tests to gauge content effectiveness and inform future initiatives.
- Experience with web analytics and leverage role of SME for SEO to optimize all types of marketing content.
- Partner with the Real Time team to identify KPIs and leverage analytics to recommend hypotheses to optimize content.
- Build standards, systems and best practices - both manual and via digital capabilities - for content creation, distribution, quality assurance, maintenance and archiving.
- Execute flawlessly to get projects into market within established processes of marketing project management.
- Manage budgets including invoice processing, accruals, and project tracking.

Digital Content Marketing Manager

- Increased customer base & App downloads (iOS & Playstore)
- Executive engagement to present strategy, roadmaps, and to articulate value to key investors & partners.
- Research and identify new opportunities to improve portfolio capabilities through competitive analysis and industry research.
- Built a customer experience tracking & index to show how changes to the website & app affect the customer experience.
- Define KPI’s and provide insight to improve product performance.
- Developed Social Media team to respond to customer inquiries & issues – including reaching out to bloggers and niche sites to include company’s product.
- Created a Digital Optimization strategy that allowed us to track and monitor changes that increased conversion rates, identified best sources of converting paid traffic sources. Allowing us to lower our cost per app download each month.

- A passion for a legendary customer experience, with a focus on putting the customer first in all decision making and design decisions. As represented in the winning of a monthly League of Excellence award April 2013 & the quarterly League of Excellence award Q4 2014. 
- Notable for 2014 includes improvements to the customer experience & an increase of approx. 1 million Natural Search visitors (new) from Search Engine Optimizations made on both pages, projects & campaigns.
- Managed Agency relationship with both Canadian & US agencies: including SOW review, weekly calls & project managing tasks, projects & campaigns.
- Defined SEO KPI’s and provide insight to improve performance & results of optimization efforts each month. Including the ability to pull Omniture reports via my Omniture access without having to result reports from Customer Insights team.
