Pay Agency was founded with the goal of simplifying the process of connecting merchants and payment service providers (PSPs).
We recognized that there was a need for a platform that could streamline the process of finding and onboarding new partners. We set out to create a solution that would meet this need.
Through intensive studies and development, we created a platform for merchants and PSPs. Our platform makes it easy for merchants to compare payment processors and choose the best one for them. Giving PSP access to a large and growing pool of potential clients.

Since our founding, we have worked hard to build a platform that is easy to use, reliable, and secure. We have developed advanced matching algorithms to help PSPs and merchants find the best partners for their needs, and we have put in place robust security measures to protect against fraud and other threats.
In addition to our core platform, we have also focused on building a strong customer support team to ensure that our clients have the help and guidance they need to succeed. We believe that by providing top-notch service and support, we can help our clients grow and thrive.
Looking to the future, we are excited to continue expanding and improving our platform, we are committed to helping merchants and PSPs succeed in an increasingly competitive market.

I’ve built Payomatix from the ground up—bootstrapped, driven by purpose, and fueled by the belief that payments should be seamless, compliant, and built for scale.

Some lines have the power to shake a person from within.

Leadership is not just about 𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐬.
Leadership is about leaving something inside people that stays with them for a 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞.

Your 𝐯𝐨𝐢𝐜𝐞.
Your 𝐝𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬.
Your 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐞𝐫.
These are the “𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐬” that remain in the world long after you’re gone.

All of us pause in our journey sometimes and ask ourselves:
“What’s the point of what I’m doing?”
“Does it even matter?”

It does. It matters 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐤.

One 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐝 from you can change someone’s entire day.
One 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 can change the direction of someone’s life.
One 𝐝𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 can shape the mindset of an entire 𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧.

Your business may 𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐟𝐚𝐥𝐥.
Your numbers may 𝐟𝐥𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐭𝐞.
But your 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐭 𝐧𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐝𝐨𝐞𝐬.

That’s why I always say - 
Whatever you do, 𝐝𝐨 𝐢𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭.
Because work will one day turn to dust… but 𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐜𝐲 belongs only to those who speak with 𝐡𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐲 and live with 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐠𝐞.

And I’m not surprised.

Because external wins rarely fix internal patterns.

That shift is where real leadership begins.

Fixing systems is easy.
Fixing self-patterns takes courage.

The day you start noticing

Alignment isn’t about becoming a better version of yourself.

Over the years, I’ve learned something important:
When your 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐞𝐬, and 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐩𝐮𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐞, success hits differently.

It’s no longer a chase.
It becomes a flow.

You stop proving.
You start becoming.

You stop comparing.
You start creating.

And suddenly, success doesn’t feel heavy it feels natural.
It feels earned.
It feels right.

There was a time in your life when 𝐛𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟 felt optional, something you did only on your good days.

But life slowly teaches you a truth most people learn late:
𝐒𝐞𝐥𝐟-𝐛𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐟 𝐢𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐚 𝐦𝐨𝐨𝐝. 𝐈𝐭’𝐬 𝐚 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞.

Every day you wake up, life throws new doubts, new challenges, new reasons to stop.
And every day, you must make one decision again and again:

“𝐃𝐨 𝐈 𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝐟𝐞𝐚𝐫, 𝐨𝐫 𝐝𝐨 𝐈 𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝐦𝐲𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟?”

Some days you’ll rise with confidence.
Some days you’ll rise with confusion.
But what matters is that you rise anyway.

Believing in yourself is a 𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐥-𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐣𝐨𝐛.

When I first started building my company, I never imagined how deeply I would be transformed—not just as an entrepreneur, but as a human being.

Today, I work alongside brilliant minds from all corners of the globe. 

Different countries. Different ethnicities. Different languages. Different cultures. And every day, they remind me of something simple yet profound:
That beneath all these differences, we are one—just human.

At first, I was focused on the logistics: time zones, communication styles, holidays I’d never heard of. But as time passed, something magical happened. These differences didn’t divide us—they became our strength.

Working with people from such diverse backgrounds taught me to truly listen—not just to words, but to feelings. To pause before I assume. To understand before I react. It opened my eyes to traditions, values, and life stories that were so different from mine, yet somehow… beautifully similar.

In this process, I unlearned so many unconscious judgments—judgments shaped by geography, language, accents, and stereotypes. And in their place, I found a deeper understanding of what it really means to be human.

𝐍𝐨𝐭 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐚𝐧. 𝐍𝐨𝐭 𝐄𝐮𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐧. 𝐍𝐨𝐭 𝐀𝐟𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐧. 𝐍𝐨𝐭 𝐀𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐧. 𝐉𝐮𝐬𝐭… 𝐡𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐧.

I’ve come to believe that humanity isn’t about where you come from or what language you speak—it’s about how you treat others. 
𝐈𝐭’𝐬 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐲. 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭. 𝐃𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲. 𝐊𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬.

Having a truly global team has made me a better leader, but more importantly, it has made me a better person. And for that, I am endlessly grateful.

But every day, he stood still… not because he was tied to something strong, but because he believed he couldn’t move.

The rope was attached to a 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐫, something he could break free from in a heartbeat.

Yet he never tried.
Why?
Because sometimes the 𝐛𝐢𝐠𝐠𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐜𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐢𝐬𝐧’𝐭 𝐚𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐮… 𝐈𝐭’𝐬 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮.
We’re just like that horse.
We wait.
We doubt.
We convince ourselves that we’re not ready, not capable, not enough.

But the truth is, most of the things that hold us back are 𝐟𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐰𝐞 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐞 and 𝐥𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐬 𝐰𝐞 𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐩𝐭.

The day you decide to take even one step forward, you’ll realise the rope was never as strong as your mind was.

With every step forward, something changed.
The noise became softer.
The focus became sharper.
And the dream became clearer.

Because the truth is simple:

People will always have 𝐨𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬, but opinions never built 𝐬𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬.
Opinions never created 𝐨𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬.
Opinions never paid 𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭, 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐬, or 𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦𝐬.

But courage did.

Consistency did.

He told himself he would start his dream

𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐝 𝐞𝐧𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡…
𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐟𝐞𝐥𝐭 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐲.

So he waited.
During his school days, he said,
“Not now… I’m too young.”

In his twenties, he said, “𝐍𝐨𝐭 𝐧𝐨𝐰… 𝐈 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞.”
In his thirties, “𝐍𝐨𝐭 𝐧𝐨𝐰… 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐨𝐨 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐲.”
In his forties, “𝐍𝐨𝐭 𝐧𝐨𝐰… 𝐈’𝐥𝐥 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞 𝐬𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐬 𝐝𝐨𝐰𝐧.”

By the time life finally did slow down, his body had aged, his energy had faded, and his dreams… were still waiting exactly where he left them.

One day, he looked in the mirror and realised:
𝐇𝐞 𝐡𝐚𝐝 𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐰𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐛𝐮𝐭 𝐧𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐛𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠.

The saddest truth is —
He wasn’t waiting for the “right time.”
He was waiting for fear to disappear.
And fear never goes away on its own.

The lesson?
If you keep waiting to be “ready,” you might spend your whole life waiting.

Start messy.
Start scared.
Start unprepared.
Start with doubt.

But 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭.

Because time will not slow down for your hesitation, and dreams do not survive lifelong delays.

Your future doesn’t need a perfect version of you; 𝐢𝐭 𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐬 𝐚 𝐛𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠.

Over the years, I’ve learned one thing repeatedly: 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐦𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐥𝐢𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮… 𝐁𝐮𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐡𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐭𝐬 𝐧𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥.

Whether it’s building a company, leading a team, or working on yourself growth happens on the days when the excitement is gone but you show up anyway.

Discipline is not 𝐥𝐨𝐮𝐝.
It’s not 𝐠𝐥𝐚𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐬.

It’s built in quiet moments when no one is watching.
If you can stay consistent after the mood has left, you’ve already separated yourself from 90% of people.

Keep showing up.
Your future self is watching.
