I'm passionate about Marketing. Especially, I love to help businesses apply Marketing strategies and best practices. All of the projects and startups I've created along the time were dedicated to helping businesses get a better ROI. With a Communication Design background and as a former Creative Director, I consider myself a very creative person. I grab opportunities that inspire me. When I received a proposition to start on a new advertising channel that was venturing in Portugal, it was clear to me that I wasn't going to miss it. Since then, I was supported by mentors in my life that guided me and provided the tools to succeed, mostly based on self-taught and deep investigative learning. Later on, I've added a more analytical approach and management focus when I helped start one of the major Iberian and Latin American groups in Digital Marketing (today is called MediaResponse Group). I was not afraid of getting my hands on every business aspect and own it until I was really good at it. That's why it was natural to me to start leading teams in this area since I had worked on almost every position they were handling. Obviously, I was always learning at the same time and keeping a strong ambition to do more of myself. Leave my comfort zone and challenge myself. - that's my motto. And that's the reason I left the company. I helped to create and rechallenge myself to start new businesses. In the spirit of sharing my experience with others and improve this area I love so much, I've accepted the invitation to join APPM - the Portuguese Marketing Professionals Association as a Board Member with which I collaborate since 2013.
