Rival Schools

Zig wanted a breakthrough system that combined the best of project management, collaboration, and a freelance marketplace. Clients could move beyond finding and assembling top contractors with solid reputations into teams - they could subsequently manage the end-to-end project lifecycle while collaborating with team members to share files and ideas related to tasks.

Needless to say, this system was complex. Careful planning and good design, PWAs, enabled Zig to create a sophisticated application that used the full extent of real estate available on desktop browsers while simultaneously modularizing capabilities to run seamlessly on mobile devices.

Self Employed

Music solution for true audiophiles - the kinds with vast music libraries and a critical ear. Our users needed to store and manage content from anywhere across the Internet. More importantly, they needed to know their sound could be optimized to their exacting standards - in real-time.

We analyzed our complex requirements and devised a strategy to deliver via a browser-based application that we were convinced could only be built as native. The responsiveness of the application for complex visualizations, drag and drop functionality, and integrated audio and video was just like it had been built natively - while the backend stood on a serverless cloud-native architecture that would scale almost infinitely.

A significant benefit for us was the cost reduction of not rewriting the system for Android, iOS, and Windows, although it functioned as native on all three. Additionally, we could side-step a potential barrier to adoption since our users didn't have to go through the extra step of installing an app (and we didn't have to pay any fees to the Apple and Google stores). Most importantly, our users loved it.

The expertise, hard work, and dedication to quality by the Our team was something we appreciated … and we got all of this substantially below the 7-figure budget that larger firms had quoted us!
