I successfully elevated the firm’s email open rates from 5% to between 15% and 20% for every campaign—achieving up to a 300% boost in engagement and fostering stronger client relationships.

I also crafted SEO-optimized blog content tailored to small business owners, entrepreneurs, and professionals seeking financial expertise. My writing helped increase website traffic, strengthen brand authority, and improve overall digital presence. Working closely with Marie and her leadership team, I assisted in refining brand messaging and amplifying the firm’s social media presence.

As the Social Media Marketing Intern for New Heights Chiropractic and Nutrition, I was the clinic’s dedicated content creator, responsible for managing their digital presence and enhancing their brand visibility across social platforms. I developed and executed marketing strategies tailored to promote the clinic’s holistic health services while engaging both current and potential clients through creative and informative content.

My work included producing original content for Instagram stories, posts, and reels that showcased the clinic’s services, educational tips, and client success stories. Additionally, I utilized my skills in web design to build a refreshed, user-friendly website aimed at improving client navigation and providing up-to-date information on chiropractic care and nutritional services.
