I have always been attracted to working with technology which was futuristic, path breaking, new-age, simply put emerging technology ahead of it's time.

In the initial years it was because of passion but with experience and self-awareness, it became a choice.

-> Documentary & Short Film-Making in 2006
-> (VR) Virtual reality in 2007

-> Interactive / Touch Screen solutions in 2009/10

-> Implementing all / some of the above technologies for at the world's biggest stage, Fifa World Cup, London Olympics and many many more stages.

Looking back i realised i have a knack of aligning myself with New-Age / technologies, seeing what lot of others miss, something which is always ahead of it's time and universe naturally aligns and brings me in contact of individuals who are working in the same domain.

Having been involved in this journey of Growth and Emerging technologies from the onset of my career i always wanted to help business with their journey and hence Anemoi Solution came into existence.

It comes down to one thing: solving real problems, not chasing trends.

The best founders I've seen don't lead with the technology. They lead with the problem. They can clearly articulate why Web3 is the RIGHT solution, not just a trendy one.

Here's what sets them apart:

They see beyond the numbers. Yes, ROI and revenue matter. But at step one, they ask: Does this technology genuinely solve the problem we care about?

They know when NOT to use Web3. Some problems are better solved with existing tech. The strongest founders can objectively evaluate whether blockchain is worth the investment and time, or if there's a faster path to similar results.

They self-correct. They can step back, set Web3 aside, and look at the problem and solution objectively. The tech should serve the solution, not the other way around.

These founders stick around during the tough times. When funding dries up and adoption is slow, they persevere because they're driven by the problem, not the hype.

If you're building in Web3, ask yourself: Are you solving a real problem, or are you using blockchain as a marketing tactic?

Over time, I’ve realised this is true for every serious product and every serious founder.
The vision keeps you anchored.
The flexibility keeps you relevant.

As you move forward, many assumptions will prove wrong.
Markets shift. Customers respond differently. Plans evolve.

But the core question remains:
Are you committed to the outcome or just attached to your original idea?

Building something meaningful requires both conviction and correction.

Steve Jobs once shared a simple but powerful lesson:
“You don’t get what you don’t ask for.”

He talked about how, early in his life, he would reach out to people, ask questions, ask for help, and ask for opportunities.

And more often than not, people were willing to help.

Two critical mistakes I see Web3 founders make in 2026:

I've learned that successful product validation needs a phased approach. Here's how to break it down:

PHASE 1: Pre-Build Assessment （Week 1）
• Is this the right team for the experiment?
• Do their skills match the project needs?
• What's our risk if this fails?

PHASE 2: Initial Adoption （Weeks 2-3）
Build your MVP and show it to users. Track who naturally engages with it. If 10 out of 40 people adopt it organically, you have a 25% conversion rate. That's your baseline.

PHASE 3: Engagement Tracking （Weeks 4-5）
Monitor the metrics that matter:
• Are users sticking around?
• How often are they logging in?
• Is traffic growing or dropping?

PHASE 4: The Truth Test （Week 6+）
Talk to your users directly. Ask the hard questions:
• Did this solve your actual problem?
• Or was it just shiny and new?
