Managed multi-specialty clinic of 110+ physicians, with a focus on creating a positive and consistent patient experience: 5,500 monthly patients at 2 locations.

Led team through complex system and leadership changes. Changes included: front end workflows, compliance to new/revised HR, organizational policies and procedures, and changes to employee benefits

Conducted performance reviews, counseled for corrective action and provided coaching to improve performance, client services and conflict management

Created and initiated multiple training resources, job aids, training designs and templates that were replicated and used in other departments and clinics

Clinical Practice Supervisor, Medical Specialties

HR leader to over 1,000 employees and 600+ physicians, served as a resource for training/development recruitment, employee relations, and benefits.

Reduced employee orientation program from three days to one day by optimizing training content, allowing new employees to start their job sooner

Led organizational wide I-9 audit. Reduced potential liability for the organization by $400,000+. Second phase of audit approved as result of the success of the initial phase

Created and launched first intern program with the focus of a professional development workshop series: designed and delivered workshop training content. 

Proactively evaluated program needs and goals to ensure departmental and educational goals were achieved

Introduced first online employee training using a Learning Management System (LMS). Co-created and managed content development and design. Achieved 90% completion rate in the first three weeks of launch

Initiated centralized workflow, communication and on-boarding process for non-physician practitioners resulting in a standard practice for the organization

Managed a team of six across two front-desk locations, and served as point person for 3,000 student staff.

Managed daily operations for university wide temp-to-hire program. Guaranteed placement of a temp worker within 24-hours of the request. Improved tracking of requests and billing which allowed measurement of metrics for growth

Ensured equitable and consistent employment practices throughout over 20 departments. Served as a consultant for policy development/implementation. 

Developed and launched Career Center’s inaugural social media workshop on how to utilize LinkedIn to network and job search. Workshop was delivered 8 times/year with an average attendance of 160 participants/year

Created, managed, and delivered training series designed specifically for managers. Series was delivered 8 times/year with an average attendance of 120 participants/year

Direct, administer, and oversee all procedures and process development and improvement for the recruitment, selection, and placement of students in on-campus positions

Maintain federal compliance for university student workforce by verifying accuracy of information on Federal I-9 form
