At this conference, the magic is in the table sessions. The key to the table sessions are the 'Moderators'. These folks, this role, are the HEART of the event. 

The table sessions are where attendees:

- solve problems together (people are matched together based on problems)

- make life-long connections that change careers

Moderators simply facilitate the conversation, with prompts. They also 'seed' the conference with the audience we want to attract.

Experimentation/testing vs not, there is only one of these three operational parts of an org that is fundamentally different, which is it?

1. how an org decides which problems to solve

2. how an org solves problems

3. how an org builds out solutions

I think experimentation-led growth, or 'experimentation culture' is fundamentally about #2. How we solve problems. Meaning NOT 'ship and hope' but rather 'test and learn'. 

#1 should come from leadership. Strategic problems to solve handed down to teams

#3 is more about shipping style, like agile or smth. Frequent shipping only makes sense here for adapting to customers...so there is overlap re experimentation culture here, but not too much. How code gets to production is the step after 'how problems are solved' part of testing the code IMO. (semantics?)

GREAT experimentation role at MongoDB working with Sam McAlear. We started and scaled the marketing testing program there, and still consult there. So I'm invested in making this team rock.
