As part of my role, I was responsible for recruiting and talent acquisition at Met Life. I oversaw the selection of the best candidates from the North Carolina region, with a strong emphasis on employee retention. To achieve this, I conducted initial Zoom meetings with recruiting supervisors from each division to discuss the specific requirements for each job opening. Based on these conversations, I sourced potential candidates. On average, I received 15 to 20 requisitions per week, depending on the demand and turnover rate for each quarter.
