Through my decade of experience in building software, I concluded that most of unproductive time is wasted when you are STUCK at something.

You can estimate tasks to be 4 hours, one day, or two days. But when you get stuck, you stay stuck. That's why Pair programming or an extra pair of eyes usually helps. 👀

Our normal workflow at Kanso Code is just to call another developer and walk through the Rubber Duck test 🦆, explaining everything you're doing and seeing what's missing.

While I am a big fan of my engineering catching up in this way between projects, I admit it is a pretty expensive way to solve issues. Especially because of the loss of context of developers hopping on the calls.
