The one thing that has been consistent in my life…

Change.

I have experienced an abnormal amount of change in my life.

Diagnosed with hearing loss at birth and required special support to develop language, speech, and communication skills.

Between the ages of 8-16 I attended 5 schools in different countries.

At 13 I was diagnosed with epilepsy.

Between the ages of 19-30 I went to 3 different universities for completely different subjects.

Entered the corporate world, working with some of the biggest companies on the planet.

Survived a tough divorce and realised that if I wanted to be present in my children’s lives I would have to find some balance in my life.

Left the corporate world to master leadership and executive coaching.

Some might consider this amount of change a disadvantage.

Never feeling “settled” certainly has its challenges, but having to face constant change has taught me resilience and adaptability.
