Hi there! Over 2023, I helped dozen of disrupting tech companies build elite sales teams. Each sales talent I headhunted generates $500k-3M+ ARR for their companies, feels purposeful & fulfilled. Then, in 2019, I was totally lost... I lived in an old rural town until I was 18. People around there did nothing but drink and waste time. I wanted to become an entrepreneur so that I could choose where and with whom to live. I didn't understand what exactly I needed to do to be successful, I felt insecure and anxious. I just studied and wanted things to change. In my final year of school, I won an intellectual competition and moved to the capital as a student. I thought "I did it". I met bright and affluent people there. I saw for the first time what abundance is all about. But I was living on $200 a month in a dormitory with cockroaches and could not afford anything but the basics. I wanted to achieve more, make a change, and make a difference. From the age of 19, I started participating in a plethora of internships and doing my small hustles to get valuable skills and experience, studied English, read dozens of books, and followed entrepreneurs online. During a case battle at the McKinsey office, I was blown away by what I saw: an incredible workspace in a skyscraper, highly motivated teams, an amazing culture of excellence, high tickets, and so on. I understood immediately - "I want to build a great company". I got the dippest insight... The stronger you are - the happier and more fulfilled you are. There my journey started. I doubled down on my new business, spirituality, and health. Thanks to that persistence and a blind self believed I moved from a desperate, weak, unhealthy, feared, ashamed, and angry version of my past self. I become a strong, abundant, healthy, purposeful, and enlightened version of my new self. Here, I share my journey and introduce other people to the strongest versions of their future selves.
