- I modernised PTA Events' events platform, conducting extensive user research, re-engineering the checkout experience, and ideating innovative features, resulting in improved conversion rates and enhanced ROI potential.

- For Mortgage Kart, I designed customer onboarding, dashboards, and a B2B monitoring platform for My Mortgage Alert, achieving a threefold increase in customer onboarding completion, successful white-labeling for licensing, and creating an intuitive platform for mortgage product recommendations.

- With Cyance, I revamped the user experience of a data-intensive platform, designing a customisable dashboard for navigating over 24 million data points, receiving positive feedback during user testing, and providing easy access to deep data.

- In collaboration with Fintern (now Abound), I collaborated with a cross-functional team to create an intuitive front-end app for loan management, resulting in high app downloads, positive fundraising response, and an enhanced user experience for financial data exploration and affordability assessments.

Habito is using technology to bring the mortgage-application process into the 21st century. 

- Oversaw a team of 5 multi-disciplined designers, driving collaboration and delivering high-quality design solutions.

- Played a key role on the senior leadership team, providing strategic direction and reporting directly to the CEO.

- Designed and optimised customer onboarding and mortgage platform that successfully served over 300k customers, enhancing their experience and driving business growth.

- Developed the Mortgage Expert Back Office platform, resulting in significant efficiency gains of more than 33% for the company.

I worked in-house at hyper growth UK fintech starlet HABITO across multiple roles; UX Lead, VP Product & VP Design. Sitting on the senior leadership team, I defined, designed and led the user experience and product thinking across multiple customer facing and back office squads whilst growing and managing the in-house design team as we hit over £1bn of mortgages.

Over the course of 18 months I led, designed and delivered projects to re-design the homepage, mortgage calculator and customer onboarding experience, design and copy-write the digital mortgage advisor chat-bot and fact find forms, design and develop the mortgage expert back office tools, design a customer mortgage application dashboard and worked with multiple 3rd parties to design and develop an integrated Life Insurance product.

As UX Lead I was responsible for the user experience across the website and digital product, delivering wireframes and prototypes. As VP Product I worked closely with engineering to scope, plan and deliver spring based work. In my role as VP Design I grew and led a team of 5 UI/UX designers.

- Successfully launched Bulb and optimised customer experience, resulting in a 3 million-strong customer base.
-Acted as primary client liaison and member of senior leadership team, overseeing projects from conception to delivery.

Sitting on the Senior Leadership Team at NEVERBLAND, an award-winning digital product studio I led and designed the user experience, product vision and digital direction for a multitude of start-ups and brands, including Bulb, Jukedeck, Fnatic, Feast-it and King.

I was involved with clients from initial meetings, workshops, design, development and delivery. I was responsible for translating business goals, consumer understanding and go-to-market strategies into creative digital products.
