  • FITNESS   For CEOs that are in the office for many hours or traveling often, this will tax your body heavily.  You need to be proactive and take full control of it before it’s too late.   By working with me, we will optimise your time so you can look better and feel better.

As the CEO, we both know you have to be “on” and focused for many hours every day.   Feeling energised has to be a priority so you can give your best effort at all times.  No more feeling lethargic. Or restless.  We will work on finding a flexible nutrition plan (not a diet) to help you feel 100%. 

  • MENTAL FITNESS  

Being fit is not just physical. Not for CEOs, at least.   

There’s also a mental side to it.   

And managing a company is like running a marathon.   

We will together work on your habits, mental discipline, and training your mind to be mentally and emotionally fit.

2) Work 1-1   I only take a few people for this plan because you get full access to me.   Every month, you’ll get:

  • A customised workout plan made for you and only you so that you can get the best results and look better  

• A specific nutrition plan to help you feel healthier and more energised (unlike any diet you might have tried before…)  

• Text support
