I’ve been tracking EVERYTHING like a proper psychopath.

Since 1st of Jan I’ve dropped nearly a stone, eaten much cleaner + I’m stronger than ever.

Sleep is still a bit of a struggle, but hey ho...

Being awake is too exciting 🤣

Here’s what I put in my sheet every morning:

→ Calories
→ Protein
→ Carbs
→ Fibre
→ Fat
→ Sugar
→ Steps
→ Cals Burnt
→ Type
→ Sleep (hrs)
→ REM
→ Deep
→ Time In Bed
→ Weight (St)
→ BMI
→ Body Fat %
→ Body Energy
→ Brain Energy

Over the top? Maybe
Does it take ages? No - 5 mins every morning.

And it means I can focus in on the 1/2 things I need to.

We’ve started applying the same obsessive tracking in C2C.
