Fitness Instructor

As a subject matter expert in leadership development and group fitness & wellness coaching, I lead cohorts of instructors through a certification training for 305 Fitness' proprietary method. 

In my experience as a member of the development team for training curriculum & facilitation materials, I regularly meet with the CEO and Program Manager to provide feedback for the improvement and expansion of the training and recruitment strategies for new instructors. 

Lastly, I serve as an ongoing resource for the continued professional development of the Certified Instructors who join the community through continued leadership coaching, class evaluations and strategic business development guidance.

As the department lead for the Instructor Certification Program at 305 Fitness, I helped to develop the program and scale it to over 1000 trained instructors. I enjoy working with startups who are cutting edge in terms of what they're creating in the world. 

From building operational systems and processes to organizing events and breathing life into our founder's vision - birthing dreams is what I do!

I grew our Certified Community to 1000+ certified instructors and retained 90%+ of active instructors in our subscription-based program model. Supported the recruitment and sales processes, training and curriculum development as well as ongoing programming and instructor retention effort.

In response to the profound realization that a number of the agency's clients did not have the foundational elements to ensure the success of their businesses, the agency launched the Table of 10 program. 

The Table of 10 Program is a year long business mastermind & lifetime community membership for Black women. The program is designed to help our enterprenuers build their business with integrity and cultivate the access, power and wealth they need to scale their vision. The primary mission of the program is to successfully develop a coalition of 100+ Black women millionaires by 2025. 

As Director of Programming & Engagement, I am overseeing the:
- Development & implementation of the program infrastructure
- Ongoing operational excellence of the program management

I supported the creation of choreography for 3 productions of a now Tony Award-winning Broadway musical.

I documented and preserved choreography during and in-between each production to maintain the spirit, quality, and integrity of the choreography.
