My professional training includes a B.S. Biology/Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin and a master’s degree in clinical nutrition from Rosalind Franklin University of Science and Medicine/Chicago Medical School. When I'm not working I enjoy spending time with friends and family, being outdoors, gardening, cooking and travel.
