...was lucky enough to work on a small but scrappy Talent Acquisition team, where my responsibilities aligned to Technical roles within the Product Development and Operations organizations.

...was responsible for 50+ highly skilled Infusionites joining the team, specifically in – but not limited to - Senior leadership, Product Management, UI/UX Design, Software Engineering, DevOps, IT, Business Intelligence, and Data Science.  

...partnered with hiring leaders to build robust and efficient interview processes and feedback loops. This included the selection and implementation of a new and efficient platform for interviewing Software Engineers, saving ~8 hours of engineering time per hire.

...was the first in-house, dedicated Technical Recruiter hired at Infusionsoft and had the responsibility of shifting the culture from dependence on staffing agencies to one of self-reliance and talent attraction, reducing spend on agencies from >$10k/m to zero over the first 4 months.

...mentored and trained new members of the Talent Recruitment team.

...had the privilege of representing Infusionsoft as a brand advocate in the community at career fairs, tech meetups and local coding schools.

Our technical environment included Greenhouse ATS, Google Docs, HackerRank, Linkedin Recruiter, Indeed, etc.

Through close partnership with business managers, grew our professional services delivery teams by identifying and attracting high impact hires. Along with technical positions, I also recruited for “special projects” and internal/operational team members.

Managed 10-20 open reqs at any given time, leveraging traditional recruiting methods as well as social media, local tech groups, career fairs, and referrals to be as efficient as possible.

Recruited 20+ salaried employees for difficult positions (high travel & highly skilled), serving as the single point of contact for my candidates throughout the process – this includes scheduling, offer negotiation, closing, onboarding, documentation, and compliance.

- Research based design degree focused on evidence-based design. This includes research design, critical appraisal of evidence and the translation of findings into design decisions to create quality healthcare delivery environments.
 
- Program is structured around interdisciplinary teamwork to explore patient care, facility/system processes and healing environments. 

- Working closely with the Masters of Health Innovation program, my thesis focus explores the parallels between evidence-based design and evidence-based practice, including integration strategies and the measurement there of.

Graduate Student

As a research assistant, I have created powerful grant proposal presentations which have proven successful on numerous occasions, securing funds for further research. I have also collaborated with other disciplines to help orchestrate an international study abroad program called Sankofa. Sankofa is a innovative approach to increase the quality of healthcare delivery in Africa. The program will send a variety students to design health-clinics based on ethnographic research. 
As a program coordinator, my duties included organizing meetings and receptions, staying in constant communication with board members, and fielding any outside questions about the program.
