👋 I’ve started and funded many businesses over the last 22 years and I find that I love doing this. 😀 The energy, enthusiasm, challenges, pitches, Funding, and the ups and downs, working on taking risks down, creating value, verifying the hypothesis as fast as possible, and building great teams with « people that want to do things. » I love learning new things, especially about technologies and innovations. Often seeking answers to good business problems solve: « Love the problem, not the solution! » Most of the time, I’ve been fortunate enough to work with excellent people. People I admire and that I can learn from. People that are much smarter than me. People with integrity. (Yes, learning also the hard way with some exceptions of some rotten apples....🙈) I’ve worked with world-class VC investors like NorthZone Ventures for 8 years after I founded Innotech Solar AS in 2008. For Innotech Solar alone, the funding was: €52M in equity, €25M in debt, and €13M in grants. 8 years of top management experience growing the company from my idea to 180 employees and €35M revenue 3 years after launch. It was an exciting journey and a hard battle!
