Roles and responsibilities 

1. Creating and implementing company growth strategy, developing new business relations.

2  To ensure the Company is appropriately organized and staffed and to
have the authority to hire and terminate staff as necessary to enable it
to achieve the approved strategy;

3. Lead and manage Company’s long and short term plans in accordance with its strategy;

4. To estimate the cost and analyze the outcome of the same and calculate the cost-effectiveness of the project.

5.To ensure that the Company has appropriate systems to enable it to
conduct its activities both lawfully and ethically;

6. Also, provide an extended vision of the company and projections.

Brand development, estimating and budgeting of advertising expense. Develope brand strategy and statistics systems. Calculate on CAC for our product.

My core role was to attract clients in a new start-up, built trust and provide them quality work in the given time frame. To meet all the expectation of clients and work towards their satisfaction.

I started my business development carrier from this firm and while working i realised i am very good at it. i also understand client physiology to a great extent.

I discovered my passion for software & saas development while toying with them until I realized that I was already solving problems using technology for my family and friends.

As I grew, I became determined to pick up the gauntlet to deliver the best quality software as a prized possession.

After a few failed attempts, we created a leading All-in-One helpdesk Saas software for the customer service workforce.

So far, we have served 900+ customers in UK & North America.

I founded ‘Techovarya’, a custom software & Saas development company with the mission to solve complex business problems using technology for businesses of all sizes.

In the past 8+ years, we have developed saas tools for domains like Healthcare, CRM, ERP, CMS, Marketing, Finance, Analytical tools, BI tools, and a few more.

Building software that solves business problems using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate and has an intuitive UI/UX has been the hallmark of our saas products.
