In the 90s, there was the Dot-Com Bubble. In 2013, it was the rise of crypto. In 2025? It’s AI. Every era has its “gold rush.” A new technology that feels overhyped, risky, experimental—until it becomes the new default. Once, people said the internet was a fad.   That social media was a waste of time.   That crypto was just for geeks.   That Google search wouldn’t change anything.  Today, AI is in the same phase those technologies were 5–10 years ago. Some still think it's a toy.   Others think it's cheating.   Many think it won’t affect them. But here’s the truth: > Knowing how to use AI in 2025 will be as essential as knowing how to use Excel in 2005.   > As essential as knowing how to Google in 2010.   > As essential as knowing English in a global job market. This won’t be optional.   It’ll be the baseline. Not for engineers.   For everyone. You don’t need to build a model.   But you’ll need to know how to use one. To think in workflows.   To automate repetitive tasks.   To scale your creativity.   To make better decisions, faster. And the good news? You’re still early. Still in time to learn, experiment, and apply AI to your work before everyone else wakes up. History is repeating itself. Will you watch it happen—or be part of it? If you want to move faster but don’t have the time,   we help companies automate with nocode and AI at Núcleo Lab. Let’s talk.

No tienes que crear un unicornio si vas a emprender. Change my mind.

#VC #Startups

We applied to the YC of Latam (Platanus) almost by accident. It was the last day of applications. We saw the form open and said: why not? To our surprise, we passed the first filter and got invited to the interview. No pitch deck. No slides. Just a clear idea: automate ChatGPT inside your browser with GPT-Chain. A few days later, we got the rejection. But we’re not discouraged. As my cofounder Aaron said: we made it to the top 50 out of 3,000+ startups. With only a 2% acceptance rate, that’s a win on its own. Not bad for a bootstrapped team with just three weeks of product life. Thanks to the Platanus team for the opportunity. As IndieHackers, it was a valuable glimpse into the VC world. So… what’s next? We keep building. GPT-Chain turns 1 month old tomorrow, and we’re closing the month with: * $3,000+ in sales   * 50+ paying users   * Major updates coming soon We’re just getting started.   Thanks for riding with us. 🚀

Someone just tried to go viral on LinkedIn… with my product. 😤 And not for the first time. Over the past year, I’ve seen people try to pass off my work on Twitter, Facebook groups — even Gumroad itself. But this time it was on LinkedIn, and with their real name. This post by Zeyneb MADI used my "1001+ AI Resources" directory — word for word, layout intact, no credit given — and turned it into a campaign with 500+ reactions and 1,400+ comments. That resource took weeks to build. It’s one of over 130 products I’ve launched.   I’m proud of it. And I won’t let it be stolen. Huge thanks to Arnaud Guedj for pointing it out. But hey — no bad situation comes without its silver lining:   It turns out this format works. So I’m coming back inspired.   And I’ll post the real directories — one by one — just like that. Let’s see how they like it when it’s coming from the source. --- Please help me share this post to create awareness of these scammers. 🙏

GPT-Chain just crossed $2,000 in revenue in a little over 2 weeks. Still holding the #1 spot on Lovable... What started as a personal pain as a creator turned into something many others needed too: > A browser extension to automate your ChatGPT workflows —   > with memory, agent-like, and no extra API costs. It runs inside your ChatGPT account — even on the free plan. No APIs.   No copy-paste.   Just smart, repeatable workflows that work 24/7 for you. We’re bringing the power of AI agents into your browser.   Build once. Automate forever. Early Access offer is now reactivated: https://lnkd.in/exkNGy4Y

I just built what might be the most complete n8n AI automation stack for under $5/month — or even free. It’s fast. It’s cheap. It’s private. And it runs AI agents with memory, context, and MCP… without paying OpenAI a single dollar. If you want to self-host n8n and power it with free AI — this is how. Here’s what it includes: • n8n – the open-source automation platform everyone’s talking about • Docker, Inc + Railway – host it in the cloud for as little as $5/month (Railway gives you that in free credits) • Hetzner – more robust hosting, same price (~$5/month), and lets you install extras like FlowiseAI (YC S23) • MCP – unlocks agentic workflows inside your automations • MCP hosts – Claude (Anthropic), Cursor, Codeium • Free AI models – Ollama, Gemini, Together AI Let’s break it down: • Host n8n with Docker + Railway Deploy a cloud-based n8n instance for ~$5/month. Run it 24/7, automate anything, and scale with ease. (Prefer managed? Elestio starts at $39/month and handles updates for you.) Looking for more reliability and flexibility? You can also host n8n on Hetzner starting at $5/month — rock-solid, performant, and with full control. Bonus: you can install Flowise on the same server, turning your setup into a visual LLM agent builder + automation powerhouse. • Add Model Context Protocol (MCP) MCP is an open protocol (backed by Anthropic) that standardizes how agents connect to tools and memory. In n8n, it lets you run AI agents that can reason, retain context, and use tools inside your workflows. As of today, n8n has started integrating native MCP support — directly from its own UI. (Still not visible in my local version, but it’s coming.) Meanwhile, you can still use the community node: Install the node: https://lnkd.in/eVtSS2xK Spin up the server: https://lnkd.in/eFRYJaUJ And choose your host: Use Claude (Anthropic), Cursor, or Windsurf as your MCP backend. Now you’re building with agents. • Plug in free AI models No API tokens. No rate limits. Try: • Gemini – Google’s free-tier LLM • Ollama – run local models like Llama 3, Mistral • Together AI – hosted models + router: https://lnkd.in/eUMa9twC Need more power? You can still plug in OpenAI, Anthropic, or route through OpenRouter — which I use with my own router (coming soon). • Bonus: n8n as your automation hub This stack doesn’t lock you in. You can connect n8n with Make or Zapier using webhooks or HTTPS calls — creating an automation layer that scales in every direction. And now with Google’s new Agent-to-Agent protocol, the vibe coding ecosystem, and the official GitHub MCP… We’re only scratching the surface of what’s coming. Build once. Expand infinitely. --- This stack gives you: • Full-stack automation • Free, flexible AI • Agentic reasoning and memory • Infinite integrations • Complete ownership It’s everything Zapier wishes it was. It’s what GPT workflows should feel like. And it costs less than Netflix.

I've always been obsessed with building. But I’m not a technical founder. I don’t write code.   What I’ve always had—are ideas. And a relentless need to turn them into something real. That’s why when discovering Lovable I did what any indie hacker would do: I built. A lot. With just a few prompts, I’ve built 25 product prototypes in the past weeks.   Some are playful.   Some are ambitious.   A few are already real. Here’s the full list—including the ones already connected to real backends and automation tools: --- Projects already functional or in development - GPT Chain — A browser extension that runs your prompt workflows inside ChatGPT (launched with 25+ paying users and $1,350+ in revenue in the first week). - https://lnkd.in/eCAxzfVi - A specialized tool to generate better prompts for vibe coding tools. - https://lnkd.in/eG4kgBVA - My personal website—fully designed and published in under 30 minutes. - https://lnkd.in/eUcMKdAz --- AI-generated prototypes built with Lovable - A smart bookmarking system with social features: save, organize, and share your links. - https://lnkd.in/e8DbRdAq - A curricula Generator that builds complete learning plans for any topic using AI. - https://lnkd.in/ep7NcAfP - A Product Hunt-style launchpad for Latin America—designed for regional makers and solopreneurs. - https://lnkd.in/eV3FGW-t - A D&D game assistant powered by AI, where the story and world evolve with every interaction. - https://lnkd.in/eisd5JP2 - A platform to invest in any scale exotic crop projects like dragon fruit, with tracking and crowdfunding. - https://lnkd.in/eKMEPTFY - A programmatic design studio that lets you upload a CSV and auto-generate branded visuals. - https://lnkd.in/e_pDEWKa - A gamified task manager where your Tamagotchi survives only if you complete your to-dos. - https://lnkd.in/erfbPNze - A marketplace for renting and selling profitable machines (e.g., 3D printers, vending equipment, CNC routers). - https://lnkd.in/eZfDuT3c - A tool that transforms articles or newsletters into LinkedIn posts, carousels, or Twitter threads. - https://lnkd.in/eDqrB_hY - A chat UI that routes your query to the best LLM based on cost-performance ratio. - https://lnkd.in/eBhNxXKG There's more, but I can't fit them all in a single post and some are small tools or related to clients. --- These were just ideas in my head. Now they exist.   Visual. Interactive. Shareable. And while I’ll only build a few of them myself, the rest? They’re open. If you’re passionate about any of these and want to take one further—DM me.   I'll happily share the vision, prompts, and documentation I’ve created. Who knows—maybe we build it together.

We cracked Lovable’s "launched" page. 🚀 And hit #1. We launched GPT-Chain just yesterday.   Today, it’s leading the Product Launches section. What is it?  A no-code extension to automate your entire ChatGPT workflows.   No APIs. No tokens. Just drag, drop, and run. Want to support us?   Your vote means the world:  https://lnkd.in/ezrtpbac Thanks to everyone who's already joined.   Let’s keep the momentum going.

Every Sunday, we gather to build. No meetings. No bullshit. Just code, food, ideas—and laughter. We call it: The Hacker House. What started as weekend catch-ups between hackathon friends is now something more: A movement.   A ritual.   An Arequipa-born engine for Indie Hacking, AI Agents, and Vibe Coding. We meet in person. We prototype fast. We build with AI.   And we do it not for funding decks or metrics—but because it’s fun. Massive thanks to my co-founders and friends: Joaquin, Stefano, and Aaron.   You’re the kind of people that make this whole thing worth it. We’re waiting for Saul to return from his digital nomad adventures—then it’s full power. The goal?   Create, launch, and learn in public. From Arequipa to the world. If you’re building tools, agents, products, or just vibes—DM me.   Let’s make the Indie Hacking wave from LatAm a global one.

I built a free AI prompt directory… And a few days later, it was featured between Apple and SpaceX in international media. I didn’t pitch to anyone. I didn’t see it coming. It just… exploded. Here’s the full story: --- When ChatGPT first launched, I saw the same problem everywhere: Prompting was powerful—but painful to scale. So I built a solution: → A directory of 500 high-quality prompts   → Fully free, no email required   → Built for creators, builders, and AI power users I launched it with a simple tweet and a Product Hunt post. And then... - Pre-launch tweet? Viral.   - Launch tweet? Viral.   - Product Hunt? #2 of the day.   - Downloads? Thousands within hours. But the wildest part? The next day, I saw traffic coming from a source I didn’t recognize. Turns out... A global media outlet featured my prompt directory between articles on Apple and SpaceX. What happened next? - Covered by LA NACION (Argentina)   - Featured in El Comercio (Peru)   - Mentioned in AI newsletters and niche blogs   - Shared in Reddit, forums, communities The result that month? - 100,000+ visitors   - 30,000+ downloads   - Nearly $10,000 in revenue (mostly from donations) All for a free product I built out of personal need. And here’s the kicker: I made it for the English-speaking world.   But it went viral in Spanish-speaking media. --- Today, that same product has grown to over 2,500 prompts.   It’s still one of the most downloaded tools I’ve ever made. I’ve built many things since. But this one taught me something big: Solve a real problem. Solve it well. And the internet might surprise you.
