A useful exercise to do with your GSC BigQuery data is to check the top 5 queries by clicks per page.

This is important to have an overview of the best queries by clicks and answer: 

🤔 Are we ranking for the right queries?
🤔 How much of them are anonymized?
🤔 Is there any query overcontributing to the clicks? 

Before you do it, I always recommend you remove sitelinks (URLs with #) and pick the correct search type. 

A simple analysis that not many people do, especially after selecting a section or the right group of pages. 

There are many possible variations, like:

👉 sorting by top clicks of page first (like here)
👉 sorting by another metric first, like impressions or even Unique Query Count
👉 finding the top 5 queries by Impressions or CTR
👉 combining GSC data with GA4 and using a metric like number of conversions as your sorting criterion

I use this whenever I want an overview on what's going on for the set of pages I monitor.

Plus, you could also remove anonymized queries, if you want.

As usual, just get your GSC data into BigQuery so you don't need to obsess over the API sampling data differently.
