Hi, I'm Mel. 👋 I help non-tech Senior Leaders at Amazon and Microsoft gain clarity and create a pathway toward long term career satisfaction, purpose and work/life balance in 90 days. All without having to stumble, wander and sort it out on their own. I’m passionate about career change because I have done it myself and know how life-changing it is. I also know how central having a career you love is to building a life you love. My career journey started in academia and retail, then I jumped into corporate training. In 2012, I bet big on myself and took a life-changing role with Microsoft. In 2014, I moved to Amazon and reinvented myself as a Marketer. In 2021, I realised I was burnt out. I wanted to have impact but I needed out of the grind. I embarked on a journey of self-discovery – and uncovered what it meant for me to have a rich and fulfilling life with a purpose that inspired me. In 2022, I launched my career coaching practice. Now I use my knowledge of Amazon and Microsoft, the lessons learned from climbing the corporate ladder and being a woman in tech to help my clients gain clarity and propel their careers forward.
