Isn't it an amazing world nowadays ... sitting this morning at the Tüv-Location to get the two-yearly check of the car in the morning sun and working on topics in conversation with one of our trained AIs. Taking a step back it akways makes me marvel at the technological breakthroughs we achieved! Working from anywhere with AI-enabled efficiency just never stopps to amaze me. There are so many breakpoints like the mobile connection, ai availability etc. numerous services in between, but it just works. We truly have achieved a lot.

My First Experience with Samsung Live Translate – When AI Gets in Its Own Way? This week, I needed to make reservations for a car in Italy—but my Italian knowledge? Zero. With plenty of questions (as always), I decided to try Samsung’s new “Live Translation” feature on Android, based on Gemini, hoping it could seamlessly translate my German into Italian during the call. At least this is what the news promised. A bit nervous (let’s be honest, trying new tech can make me sweat sometimes as well), I hit the translate button and dialed the rental agency. The agent picked up—in perfect Italian—and I launched into my questions in German, hoping on the translation-AI to build the bridge. But here’s the turn: before my words got through, the AI jumped in with a disclaimer and introduced itself. So, instead of a smooth start, the first thing the agent heard was a random AI voice announcing what was about to happen and that it is an AI. Result? The agent hung up almost immediately. No Q&A, no rental car, just an awkward call ended. Back to sending a translated email... So—what’s our lesson here? Is AI’s transparency actually creating more friction than it solves? Would it work better if seamless translation just happened quietly in the background, without drawing attention to itself? It was actually how I expected it to be ... and would have felt natural. Haha... so true. Seen it very often. The key fact is that the "right CRM" is the #1 key element for scaling the business. It will gather all information in one spot and help Sales to follow up on Leads and Opportunities. At the same time it helps Marketing to do their jobs best to generate a buzz of useful info to the customers and efficiently generate leads from one centralised plattform into many different parts of the Marketing Funnel. A CRM is all about ROI in Tech, Marketing and Sales. Without a CRM that can cover all of this the C-Level will "fly all-out blind". So all-in-all ... no need to run away and the invest in the CRM will quickly pay off itself x-times.
