Enhancing Brand Awareness:
I focus on making Property Dollar more well-known. This involves things like advertising, working with people who can help spread the word, and getting media coverage.

Fueling Organizational Growth:
I look for ways to make Property Dollar even better and reach more people. This might mean finding new places to offer our services or teaming up with other companies to make Property Dollar even more useful.

Revenue Strategy:
I help come up with ways for Property Dollar to make money while still offering a great service for our users. This could involve things like offering premium features or finding new ways to make money from our existing services.

Data-Driven Decision-Making:
I use information about how people are using Property Dollar to figure out what we should do next. This helps us make smart decisions that will help our app grow and improve.

I’ll say it straight. I hate what lead generation has become.

The endless funnels. The cold DMs. The “growth hacks.”

It’s all noise pretending to be strategy.

But if someone forced me to build a lead gen campaign that actually works in 2025, here’s how I’d do it.

I would start with these 3 insights - 
 
👉 What does my audience truly want?
Not what they say in surveys. What keeps them up at night?

👉Then, I’d look at what everyone in my industry ignores about what they want.
 Because the gold isn’t in what’s loud, it’s in the blind spots.

👉Finally, I’d ask: “How can I deliver that differently?”
 Not faster.Not cheaper.
 But in a way that’s unmistakably mine.

Those three circles:
👉 What they want.
 👉What others ignore.
 👉And how you deliver it.
 
That overlap is where insight lives.

You may not be able to sell a software subscription if you ARE NOT doing this.


Working in growth, I speak to business owners every day.

Most of them aren’t excited about another monthly subscription.

They’re cutting costs, trimming headcount, and stretching every licence they already have.

Their teams are lean, but the workload isn’t. That’s a dangerous mix for tools that only fix one issue.

If your product solves a single narrow problem, you’re on thin ice.

Companies no longer stack tools. They blend them.

If your message is “we fix one thing really well,” it won’t land.

Buyers don’t care about depth anymore. They care about reach inside their business.

The first casualty of inflation is business spending extra on technology and equipment.

After speaking with 50+ Mortgage Brokers in NSW, I can say this. They all champion in new client acquisition.
