With over 9 years of work experience in mental health, psychology, and coaching, I am a passionate and visionary leader who strives to create positive and lasting impact in the relationship industry. I founded Reddi, the first exclusive private matchmaking dating app that uses attachment theory to match people who want great relationships. Our platform serves as a global open network, and we headhunt for the world’s most successful matchmakers. We don’t use addictive technology, and we aim to encourage slow dating reducing the dopamine addiction created by other consumer products. At Reddi, we believe that as orchestrators of relationships, we also need to be socially responsible and address the challenges and opportunities that our current and future generations face in finding and keeping meaningful connection. As the Founder and CEO of Reddi, I oversee the strategy, product development, marketing, and operations of the company. Outside of Reddi, I serve as a confidante to some of the world’s most successful CEO’s and executives, and I leverage my expertise in mental health and performance to provide executive coaching, consulting, and training to high-performing individuals and other c-suite executives. I have a MSc in Organisational Psychology from Goldsmiths, University of London, and multiple certifications in CBT coaching, psychometric testing, and project management.
