Since 1986, we have been providing the finest restaurants with our homemade pasta, ravioli, tortellini, gnocchi, and more, made from 100% non-GMO semolina flour and natural ingredients. My mission is to deliver integrity and quality, consistency, and culinary excellence to our customers, who appreciate the flavor, texture, and versatility of our products. I oversee every aspect of our manufacturing equipment engineering and process, from the selection of the ingredients to the preparation of the fillings, to ensure that we meet the highest standards of freshness,Texture and taste. I also lead our business development and key account management, building long-term relationships with our clients and expanding our market reach nationwide.
