•	Review real estate entity trial balances prepared by 3rd party management agent, and prepare adjusting journal entries to be posted to the general ledger
•	Reconcile property books to ownership general ledger
•	Coordinate with property development team to ensure that all development costs are properly recorded
•	Prepare/review entries to record complex accounting transactions such as refinances and property purchases

•	Responsible for the planning, execution, review and completion of financial statement audits and ensuring proper staffing, budgeting and tracking occurs throughout the process to management
