The National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives (NOSSCR) is the nation’s premier association for Social Security disability attorneys and representatives.

- Built and executed communications strategies for the association’s benefits to 2,500+ members and in-person annual conferences with 1,000 attendees and 20+ sponsors each.
- Led the pivot to virtual annual conferences during the pandemic: created the project plan for the team by working backward from the end goals; evaluated virtual event platforms based on the project scope, needs, costs, and ease of use; and earned NPS scores of 9/10 for our first-ever virtual conferences in 2020 and 2021.
- Achieved an average email open rate of 41% through consistent value, strategic send times, and crafted headlines. 
- Leveraged analytics to lead the website redesign project and grew page views by 300%. 
- Promoted Social Security disability policy priorities to internal and external stakeholders.
- Built relationships with journalists and earned media coverage to promote NOSSCR’s policy agenda in major media outlets such as The Washington Post, The New York Times, Reuters, and CNBC.
