I’m absolutely mind blown by how this post blew up. I’m so thankful to all the people that showed up, shared their support and their own stories. What you don’t see here is the slurry of DMs I got from people. — New struggling parents — People going through dark times — People who are suffering in silence This is a true testament to how important it is for us to be open and vulnerable and share these kinds of stories to help guide others. Thank you all for showing up ❤️

2023 and 2024 were the most difficult years of my life. And they nearly broke me. → Became a dad → Left my full-time job → Faced mental health issues → Crushing financial stress (Turns out postpartum depression hits men too.) For us, it hit my partner and me at the same time. I felt like a zombie. I had lost my joy. I had lost my energy. I could barely get out of bed. But I had no choice. We had a crying infant who needed to be fed, soothed, changed. I was supposed to be the coach. The “ray of light” for others. The “ball of energy.” On the surface, I was helping my clients change their lives. But underneath, I felt like a total failure. — My business wasn’t yet paying our bills. — We watched our savings dwindle, then disappear. — We slipped into a terrifying amount of debt. Those mornings are etched into my memory. I’d drag myself into the shower and crank “I’m Still Standing” by Elton John My face directly in the stream, washing away the tears in my eyes. The song was my daily reminder to keep going. Even when I felt empty and worthless. That one line reminded me: → I’m still here → I’m still alive → I’m still standing That first year, we stopped being a couple. We were just two exhausted people surviving. It took time. It took therapy. It took good friends checking in. It took hitting bottom and still choosing to get up. Looking back, I realized something. I needed a new way to share my light. A new way to support people. To be the support, strength, and light that the 2023–2024 version of me needed. So starting next week, I’m introducing a brand new program and community. A program that will guide incredible people to fulfill their potential. To unearth and recognize the tremendous impact they have on others. Things that have always fallen under the radar until now. People who are struggling to convey their value, and it’s hitting them hard. People who need more than a resume tweak. It’s time I helped more than just job seekers. People like me. People who have a gift to share. People with unrealized potential. People who have been stifled. People who have been unappreciated. People who have gone unseen. → Business owners → Coaches → Leaders → People barely holding it together behind the scenes I’ve seen it firsthand. What I’m building now is for them. For anyone who’s felt invisible. For anyone who’s cried alone in the shower. For anyone still standing, even when it barely feels like it. Something big is coming next week. And if you’re reading this and barely hanging on: You are not alone.

Toronto LinkedIn friends — I need your help! My family and I just moved to Regent Park, and I’m officially on the hunt for a local coworking spot. (Spoiler: I’m over WFH life and need community!) I’m currently checking out: • Spaces • Workplace One But I’d love your recs. Any coworking spaces I should know about in or around Regent Park? Also open to less traditional setups— If you’re part of a local team and have an extra desk, I’m happy to pay monthly rent to join you. Looking to: • Stay productive • Meet cool people • Support local communities Got ideas? Drop them below or DM me! Thanks in advance, Toronto!

How to know you’re in alignment with the Universe: Sometimes the signs are subtle. Other times… they smack you right in the face. Here’s what happened: Before I signed on to work with my incredible business coach, Diana Yuen Kei Chan, I attended her mastermind retreat at GoPlace. During a conversation at the retreat, someone casually mentioned: “Remember when someone fell off a chair in the dining room?” Instantly, it clicked. I DISTINCTLY remembered the exact same thing. I was there. I saw it happen. Curious, I looked up the last time I had visited GoPlace… And sure enough — November 4th. The EXACT SAME DATE the group had their first GoPlace mastermind session. You can’t make this up. I even remember bumping into Clevette Coombs and making some off-the-cuff dad joke about something. And now here we are, business besties. At the time, it felt like just another funny moment. But looking back, it was another breadcrumb. The Universe was already weaving the story. Already pointing me toward the path I was meant to walk. When you’re in alignment: — The right people show up. — The right opportunities open up. — The moments feel too “coincidental” to just be chance. The Universe whispers first. If you’re paying attention, you’ll hear it. P.S. Ever had a “you can’t make this up” moment? Would love to hear yours.

“You’re a unicorn.” That’s what Melissa Leithwood a Human Design expert, told me during a mastermind retreat in January. At first, I laughed it off. But then she explained: As a Reflector — just 1% of the population — my gift isn’t to project an identity. It’s to mirror others back to themselves. She showed me that my struggles with burnout, people-pleasing, and overgiving weren’t failures. They were lessons — shaping the wisdom I’m meant to share. “When you are everything,” she said, “your story becomes the map others follow.” Minutes later, around the same table, Naomi Midanik, helped me see something important. Healing isn’t about fixing my parts — the perfectionist, the people-pleaser, the intellectual. It’s about becoming the conductor of them — choosing when each one plays its part. She said: “You’re not here to hand people a script for their lives. You’re here to help them hear their own music again.” That’s when my mission clicked. I’m here to help people find their balance. To build communities cultivated through authenticity, reflection, and real connection. If that speaks to you, drop a “seen” below. Or DM me — I’d love to hear your story too. P.S. You’re not too much. You’re the music the world needs.

Want to stand out in any room, whether it’s a client meeting, job interview, or sales call? Stop trying to be impressive. Focus on being VALUABLE. Because the truth is: Helping others succeed is the most underrated growth strategy out there. When you remove obstacles, lift others up, and make their path easier, you become essential. Here are the four ways to do that: 1️⃣ Solve their #1 pain Remove a problem, a fear, a daily struggle. Take away anxiety. That will always be remembered. → Handle their most frustrating task or roadblock → Build a simple solution to a recurring problem → Figure out what keeps them up at night and solve it 2️⃣ Save them time or energy Build systems. Be faster. Bring your expertise. Give them their hours and headspace back. → Automate a part of their workflow → Take something off their plate entirely → Finish tasks faster than expected (without sacrificing quality) 3️⃣ Make them feel good Praise them. Celebrate them. Make them feel appreciated, seen, and elevated. → Publicly acknowledge their work → Send a thoughtful compliment, just because → Remind them of the value they bring, even when they forget 4️⃣ Make them look good Help them shine in front of others. Ensure they get the recognition and rewards they deserve. → Share credit generously → Nominate them for awards or shout them out in meetings → Help craft their wins into stories they can share Why does this work? People remember how you bet on time, make them feel and how you help them get there. *** P.S. Who is someone who bet on you, championed you, and lifted you up? Drop/tag them below to remind them!

Most coaches and professionals aren't stuck because they don't have talent. They're stuck because of roadblocks like: 😩 No clear proof of their value (even after years of work). 😶‍🌫️ A LinkedIn profile that blends in instead of standing out. 😵‍💫 Doubting their skills... even when they know they get results. 💬 Struggling to tell their story in a way that attracts clients. ⚡ No community pushing them to move faster, louder, and bigger. I know because I struggled with all of this myself. If you don't believe in yourself — nobody else will. And if you're anything like me... you might get so caught up in perfection that you stay paralyzed. Or you're working around the clock in your coaching business... but still not making enough. That’s why I'm shifting focus from career coaching to building a one-of-a-kind community for coaches. Helping you see the diamond you’re sitting on. Helping you step into your zone of genius. Helping you take fast, messy action that leads to real momentum. And the proof is real. Just this month I: 🎥 Helped 6 coaches overcome their fear of video, post confidently on LinkedIn, and build momentum. 📣 Helped 3 coaches gather 10+ client testimonials — instantly showcasing the transformation she creates. 🎙️ Helped a leader in tech voice-note her ideas, turn them into a LinkedIn post, and launch her very first event (all within an hour). Those are the kinds of rapid wins and unblocks to expect working with me. Some of the things I'm drafting up in terms of workshops and masterminds: → 💼 LinkedIn Profile Workshops — Upgrade your headline, banner, and about section in real time. → 🧠 Zone of Genius Clarity — Find what you do best, how you grow, and what’s been secretly holding you back. → 💰 Monetize More Quickly — Build the confidence and structure to charge higher-ticket prices while making it irresistible and a no-brainer. → 📝 Storytelling, Selling and Connection — Create real, human content that connects and lands clients. → 🔥 Mindset and Motivation — Guest masterclasses from Human Design experts, mindset pros, and coaches who’ve worked directly with Tony Robbins. *** This is a first-ever beta program for coaches who are ready to level up fast — with community, momentum, and belief in themselves at the core. If you've ever watched "Queer Eye" and thought: "I wish someone would do that for me"... This is that — but for your coaching business. Feel more confident. Gain more clarity. Free up your time. It's all possible. All you need is a community to help drive you, unblock you, and help you reach new heights! And now it's so close you can taste it! *** P.S. Where do you feel the most stuck right now? Where do you feel like you’re drowning? What's keeping you up at night? Drop it in the comments or DM me. I'd love to hear.

Started my day with a sunny, fresh 25-minute walk after dropping my daughter off at daycare before visiting Industrious co-working space at Yonge and Adelaide today! The first thing I noticed? How every little detail is thoughtfully designed to make you feel welcome. It honestly reminded me of Go Place, but for co-working. (If you’re from Toronto or Markham, you know exactly what I mean 😉) A few things that stood out: 💧 Flavoured sparkling water + ice on tap ☕ Coffee, tea & breakfast daily 🗒️ Notepads & pens in every meeting room 💼 Lotion, mouthwash — (tampons in the men's room) - yay trans friendly! 🔇 21 (!!) phone booths — no booking needed 🌞 Bright lighting & beautiful, calming design 🤝 Weekly events that actually build community 🤱 Meditation Room/Lactation/Pumping Room It’s one of those rare spaces where you never feel like you’re missing anything everything you need is just there when you need it. Huge shoutout to Ryo Mizumoto, the Member Experience Manager here, who didn’t just give a tour — he listened. He sat down, got to know me, and made sure I felt welcome — not just as a guest, but as part of the community. If you're looking for a workspace that blends productivity with presence, Industrious at King & Adelaide might just be it. #NotSponsored

There’s nothing that fulfills me more than firing up the people who are exactly where I once was. To help lift them out. Unearth their brilliance. And finally recognize—and own—the value they bring to the world. You are my people. You always have been. The common traits of the people I love working with? They know deep down they have something powerful to offer. But… They’ve never been given the chance to show it. They’ve been overlooked. Underrecognized. Undervalued. They’ve flown under the radar. These are people who struggle with self-worth. Who doubt their value. Who question what they deserve to earn. Often because of trauma. Because of years of being dismissed or ignored. And truthfully? That was me. For a long time. But here’s what changed everything: I found (or built) community. Surrounded myself with people who uplifted me. Who grew with me. Who believed in mutual support. There’s nothing more transformative than that. If this sounds like you? We should connect. I’m cooking up something for the ones who’ve been quiet for too long. → For the ones ready to shine. → To step into the spotlight. → To own their value—and finally prove it, without question. The universe is calling you. It's time you become UNDENIABLE.
