Territory Sales Manager- Verathon, Capital Equipment and Consumables – BladderScan & GlideScope
•	Growth of a new two new products: BladderScan within Urology, general hospital wards and procurement. GlideScope within anaesthesia including support within theatres, ICU, A&E, Critical Care.
•	Large territory covered (South Coast-Cornwall to Kent then up to Oxford)

•	Fully accountable for achieving sales targets within budget for the territory using account management practice. 
•	Analysing existing sales trends, the potential for growth and data on competitor products, preparing and implementing business plans. 
•	Growth of Market Share for two brands within Respiratory and GI. 
•	Working closely with the KAM, identifying key customers in prescribing accounts, maximizing potential with reviews and support. 
•	Supporting and using customers in speaker meetings.
•	Changing perceptions of people who would not prescribe due to formulary, building confidence for them to start trailing.
