I'm a Senior SDR at Dynatrace, currently supporting the Benelux region and also taking on team lead responsibilities. Over the past five years, I’ve worked across different sales roles in SaaS, consistently meeting and exceeding targets.

In my current role, I support the team with onboarding, training, and feedback, and I led the SDR team for six weeks during my manager’s paternity leave. I also work closely with our partners and account executives to build and qualify pipeline.

My background is in journalism, which helps me ask better questions and understand what matters to people. I’m also comfortable working under pressure, something I developed during my time in live football trading.

I’ve completed the Aspiring Leadership Program at Dynatrace and am looking to step into a full-time leadership position where I can continue supporting others and improving how SDR teams operate.

Sometimes I wanted to have a map of everything that is in our house.

So when I lose something I know where it is and can find it back immediately. Few weeks ago I lost a cream that I use. And if you read my posts you know that I lost my earbuds a few months ago.

Dynatrace is a bit like that map but then for your digital estate. It's a living map up everything that you run - it knows exactly what how you digital system is doing and knows how things are connected.

And everytime something changes, the map redraws itselfs in seconds.

But that's not even the best part. Dynatrace also has a brain that tells you what's breaking, why and how you can fix it safely. It's not about collecting signals, it's about keeping relationships between them, and understanding the context.
