I started working as an electrician in my family's business— and ended up loving to connect people with computers. This is probably why I also ended up spending most of my life working with network cabling, IT networks, and phone systems! Back in 2007, I fell in love with Asterisk—an open-source system for building custom phone solutions. Therefore, I learned to install and manage Linux systems, the OS for Asterisk. This inspired me to start a venture in VoIP and UC solutions in 2010. Despite having strong technical skills, I found sales and finances challenging, and eventually, we had to close. In 2016, I pivoted to freelance consulting as a VoIP/UC expert. This led me to work with an Italian call center software house, solving problems and implementing systems worldwide. In 2017, I began to engage with speech recognition on IVR systems for inbound voice automation— I didn't know yet this was the beginning of my love for AI. In 2020, the pandemic shifted my focus towards remote work solutions. By 2022, I became interested in generative AI and ChatGPT. In 2023, I started loving copywriting and content creation. I experimented daily with generative AI tools and learned proven LinkedIn growth tactics from top creators. Now, in 2024, I’m driven by two core missions. The first is to revolutionize how entrepreneurs engage with their customers using AI-powered voice solutions and chatbots to create extraordinary experiences. The second is to empower non-native English-writers entrepreneurs. With a digital course in the pipeline, I aim to help them build powerful personal brands, excel on LinkedIn, and achieve global success. I speak and write Italian as my mother tongue, and English and Brazilian Portuguese as second languages.
