A 22 anni mi sono cimentato come promoter all’interno dei centri commerciali, ho imparato le migliori tecniche di aggancio e chiusura di clienti a freddo. 

Nel tempo sono diventato Sales Manager con il compito di formare e coordinare le forze di vendita al raggiungimento di obiettivi sfidanti. 

Come ultima sfida di questo mio primo capitolo professionale, ho gestito due dei punti vendita più difficili dell’agenzia, Firenze e Pescara (10 mesi) portandoli a risultati mai raggiunti prima.

My name is Marco Benvenuti, and I co-founded isendu, a SaaS for ecommerces.

In the last 20 months, I've built my business from zero to over 700 users, and I'm currently scaling to hit the five million dollar revenue threshold.

How?

I've created a predictable sales machine.

I only learned about startups two years ago. I had no idea what SaaS was or how to sell it.

Not knowing helped me.

It all began about ten years ago, while I was working as a promoter in a shopping center in Florence, Italy.

People who know me won't believe this. I was a shy guy, I had no life goals.

Today, I co-founded a digital company and a lead generating engine that generates over 600 meetings each month in two European nations.

In 20 months, I raised each client's monthly value from 29 to 140 euros.

I've hired, trained, and managed roughly 30 salespeople. Many of them started from scratch.

I'll put my thoughts together and share what I've learned.

I'll say the things I'll say because I messed up. Several times.

Shortcuts don't exist.

Making a sales process work like clockwork requires a lot of hard effort and emotional investment.

For this game, wear comfy clothes.

Be patient.

You can't grow on hopes and speculation.

I am moving from managing Italy to overseeing the outbound engine across all our key markets (UK, France, Germany, Benelux, IT, ES)

Sendcloud already generates a solid chunk of revenue from outbound. The potential is massive.

But we lack a scalable, predictable framework.

The goal is to transition from "random acts of success" to a Predictable Revenue Engine that performs regardless of luck or market conditions.

I don’t believe in luck in outbound. I believe in math:

Volume + Relevance = Results.

I’ve never pushed beyond Southern Europe before.

I can’t wait to face the challenges of scaling outbound systems across different cultures and markets. It’s time to experiment, break things, and rebuild them better.
