Additionally he was the Co-Founder and Director of Marketing for Casper Kitchens, repurposing under utilized commercial kitchen spaces and empowering passionate food/culinary industry professionals through the use of technology and proven processes to reach the masses (exit November 2021) and Ottawa's first dedicated ghost kitchen deployment. Prior to COVID19 he was also a course instructor for the one-year Brand Management Ontario College Graduate Certificate at Algonquin College, focused on the many facets of brand strategy and management - engaging leading industry experts to share their insights about the tools and strategies that you can build and implement to maintain a company’s most valuable asset - brand equity. Currently he is the Co-Founder and Director of Marketing for Instasnacks, a concierge snack delivery company that leverages technology tools with brick & mortar convenience store businesses to empower independent operators, decrease traditional costs, maximizing profitability and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and an Growth Marketing Advisor for Sumer Inc, Canada’s first 15-minute grocery delivery service with no hidden fees and a flat $1.99 CAD delivery fee.
