Hi there, I'm Thomas - great to meet you. What's my backstory? In the past years, I’ve worked in several business roles, both as a freelancer/business owner and as an employee. I've also been involved as a volunteer in interesting projects on the side. My background is in HR and marketing, although I'm very much a generalist, thinking across different specialties. What I've enjoyed the most so far? It has to be the analytical process: analyzing a situation and proposing a solid action plan to fix/improve/realize it. I'm less concerned with the actual implementation - the joy for me is in providing a thorough investigation and a set of recommendations. Add the human perspective to that - inspiring individuals and teams to go for it - and that's a day worth living for me. What's next? After hours, I'm working towards a first experience as a business or functional analyst. I'm preparing for the CPRE foundations exam later this year. (Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering). I’m also a big fan of The Office - so if you want to cold email me, that will definitely catch my attention 👀
