Catchy and intriguing titles are all in a day’s work, especially when you’re not just investing as a fund, but also building the next co-working & community space of tomorrow and building Web3 infrastructure. 

For years, I've accumulated experience in marketing, community and product management, until in 2021, I fully plunged into the Web3 rabbit hole.

I founded nft studio Berlin, an agency catering to brands. We developed our own NFT & Metaverse projects, until eventually, we transitioned to the other side.

At w3, we have not only established ourselves as a authentic brand but also distinguished ourselves as one of the few funds in Germany that invest in Web3 startups and the community culture, which plays a significant role in the scene.

If you’ve made it this far, the title has served its purpose. Web3 is more than just JPEGs & Crypto Trading. We are driven by the transformative potential of Web3. This wave of digital innovation is reshaping the internet, organizations, and society at large, and we are dedicated to ensuring that everyone benefits from this.

I turned 29 on Saturday, and it's got me thinking about privilege, chance, and the entrepreneurship culture we're desperately missing in Germany.

Let me take you back to when I was 21, sitting in biology lectures in Frankfurt, convinced my path was set: Abi → Studium → maybe Master → secure 9-5. 

Then, by pure chance and curiosity, I discovered CODE University of Applied Sciences.

Full disclosure: I was completely clueless about what I was going into: Zero understanding of startups. Terrible English (and the program was in English, lol). Had never heard "Product Management" - which was what I was about to study.

But something about their practical approach grabbed me. So I made the jump and moved to Berlin (turns out: One of the best decisions of my life).

Only once I got there did I truly understand what I was studying and learned about possibilities beyond the conventional career ladder. 

🤍 More importantly, that's where I met Jonathan Kuhl and Henrik Bredenbals - now my co-founders at w3.group and closest friends.

From there, the journey began. Building what became w3group - our Web3 ecosystem spanning investment (w3fund), infrastructure (w3labs), community space (w3hub), and media (w3vision).

One small decision. Massive impact. And super privileged, I know!

Here's what frustrates me: 99% of my friends, family, and people from back home still have no idea what I do, much less that these paths exist for them.

I'm not saying everyone needs to start a company. Everyone has the right to choose a traditional 9-5 if that fulfills them.

But Germany isn't doing nearly enough to foster entrepreneurship awareness. 

It's honestly pretty sad. 

Our educational system presents completely different priorities, and anything related to self-employment? You're entirely on your own.

This is such a missed opportunity for our country. 

We need so much more support, awareness, and cultural shift around entrepreneurship - especially given everything happening globally right now.

🪄 Some self-reflection that might also motivate you: In my early twenties, I was convinced I wasn't good enough or mature enough to lead anything. 

That narrative has completely flipped. 

I'm not perfect, and I don't know everything. But many people in my circle who appear incredibly successful from the outside? They don't have it all figured out either.

Maybe entrepreneurship isn't about being ready or having all the answers. 

Maybe it's about curiosity, taking chances, and being willing to learn as you go.

My boldest prediction for 2026? Trust will be the world's most valuable currency.

We're living in peak content overload. 

Everyone has a platform, everyone's creating, everyone's trying to get attention.

But here's the thing → being seen has never been easier, being believed has never been harder.

I've been thinking about this a lot lately, especially watching how the Web3 space has evolved.

Three years ago, it was all about: 
→ Who could tweet the most 
→ Who had the biggest following 
→ Who could create the most buzz

Now I see a completely different pattern: 
→ Communities rally around consistent voices 
→ People trust builders with track records 
→ Reputation matters more than reach

💡 This shift is happening everywhere, not just in crypto!

I think we're all just exhausted by the constant noise. The endless new trends, platforms, "opportunities."

What people actually crave hasn't changed: 
→ Honesty over hype 
→ Consistency over viral moments 
→ Real relationships over transactional interactions

The businesses and people who understand this will have a massive advantage.

👀 Because while algorithms keep changing, human intuition doesn't. We still know when someone feels authentic vs when they're just performing.

In my own journey building w3.group, I've seen this firsthand. 
The partnerships that matter, the community members who stick around, the investors who really get it → they're all betting on trust, not just our latest product update.

So yeah, 2026 prediction: The people and companies that figure out how to build real credibility will create more value than those chasing the next viral trend.

We tried a new marketing strategy for our community hub and here’s what happened:

Instead of saying “look how great our hub is,” we shifted to something much simpler:

“Look how incredible our members are.”

For a long time, community spaces online (and offline) have relied on the same script: Show the space, the events. Show the hype.

But I started to realize that a hub only becomes a community when the people inside it become visible.

🫂 We began sharing our member stories back into the community. We talked about their fears, breakthroughs, and moments of growth. 

Because when people see themselves in someone else’s journey, they feel connected.

Once we started doing that, something shifted. Our members started inviting friends and shared each other’s work. They didn’t just attend; they started participating.

And it didn't take us too long to understand:

People don’t show up to join a brand, they show up to feel like they belong somewhere. And when they feel seen and supported, they turn a space into a community on their own.

We’re still experimenting and learning. But we'll definitely see, that it works. Most of it is based on our marketing wizards work - gg Quinn Wilhelm

It's a wrap! We just finished our second big European event series this year - and I am unbelievably proud of what we achieved with this "Tokenization Season": 3 Summits + 1 Dinner + 2 Industry Calls + 1 Report.

From the start, we knew we didn't want to create another one-time conference. We wanted something with substance, something sustainable that would actually push collaboration forward.

The results exceeded our expectations:
→ 380+ high-caliber finance professionals across London, Zurich, Frankfurt, and Paris
→ 420+ participants in our industry calls

We went from "What is tokenization?" to deep dives into infrastructure challenges, regulatory complexity, and real implementation strategies.

The interactive format (that by now - we are known for) worked really well - having audiences vote on thesis statements before panels responded created genuine engagement, not just passive listening.

Loved to see how traditional finance leaders were genuinely excited about on-chain infrastructure.

One quote that's stuck in my mind: "An ideal future where there's no tokenization because everything is originated on-chain."

That's where we're heading.

When I started sharing my story on LinkedIn, I wasn't thinking about perception. 

I simply loved frontier tech. 

Curiosity pulled me in long before confidence did.

And confidence grew because I saw other women doing it too. That mattered more than I realized.

I think we're all guilty of contributing to the AI content apocalypse happening across social media right now.

Now that I got your attention, hear me out: While I've accepted that TikTok and Instagram are flooded with generic AI brainrot, seeing it take over LinkedIn and X hits differently. 

Because these should have been the platforms to read through critical opinions and learn stuff from smart people (at least that's what I use them for).

Two main problems I'm seeing:

→ X has become unusable. My feed is full of AI bots doing engagement farming, posting meaningless questions that other bots answer. I can only use the "Following" tab to see people I actually want to hear from.

→ LinkedIn users are getting incredibly lazy. They respond to posts using AI without actually reading them. And I know I'm not alone in noticing this pattern.

The worst part? 

We're already using AI to polish our posts (guilty as charged), but some people have gone full autopilot - posting daily AI-generated content with zero personal input or authenticity.

This is killing genuine human communication on platforms that should facilitate meaningful professional discourse.

My current coping mechanism (which feels wrong, but is fun at least): responding with creative, funny comments and images on X. (Yes, it's cringe to call myself funny, but I stand by it.)

But humor isn't fixing the core issue. I'm genuinely concerned we're becoming too lazy to read, write, or engage authentically with each other.

Maybe this is just forcing platforms to evolve - but what if we lose critical human exchange in the process?

Preview - Stablecoin Report

My last post hit 50k+ views in under 24 hours with unusually many comments → clearly you all want to rage about AI topics together. So I brought something new you might not be aware of:

AI in the context of the internet isn't inherently bad (!!!) 

Especially when there's a solution most people don't know about (I didn't either until recently). I am pretty sure this might be interesting to you as well.

There's been a standard for decades that's completely unused: HTTP 402 "Payment Required." 

Now Coinbase has finally brought this to life with their new x402 protocol.

Here's what blew my mind about x402:
→ It resurrects this 30-year-old status code for stablecoin payments 
→ AI agents can pay $0.001 for an API call in 200ms 
→ No accounts, no subscriptions, no credit card forms

The internet was built without native payments. We've been working around this with complex systems that humans can navigate, but AI agents can't. 

👉🏽 They can't pass KYC, manage API keys, or commit to monthly subscriptions when their needs are sporadic.

But with x402? 

An AI research agent can query databases, run computations, access data, and store results → each for fractions of cents, settled instantly inline with HTTP requests.

⁉️ So all in all - and again, referring to my last post - AI bots replacing human connections? Dystopia I don't want to live in.

🤝 AI agents I can leverage for tasks with real value potential? That's a future I want to live in.

Five years of building our companies, and I'm still learning this whole "leading in public" thing.

Used to think I needed to wait until I had everything figured out. Until I was "successful enough" or "smart enough" to have opinions worth sharing.

Big mistake.

Here's what actually happens when you stay quiet: 
→ Smart people assume you have nothing interesting to say 
→ Your team doesn't know what you stand for 
→ Potential partners can't find you 
→ Your industry moves on without your voice (!!!)

The internet changed everything. 

People can ChatGPT your whole background in seconds. 

They're watching anyway – your LinkedIn, your company updates, who you're connected to.

So why not control that narrative?

I still get the cringe feeling. Every single post. 
"Is this too personal?" "Will people think I'm becoming one of those LinkedIn influencers?" "What if I'm wrong about this?"

👀 But here's what I've noticed: The posts where I feel most exposed usually get the best responses.

Because authenticity cuts through noise.

My process now: 
→ Write like I'm talking to a friend 
→ Share the messy middle, not just the wins 
→ Ask questions I actually want answers to
