Step 1: Ask questions
Step 2: Let them talk as much as they want!
Step 3: Find their problem based on their talk
Step 4: Validate with them that this is their biggest problem right now.
Step 5: Tell them how you can solve it. Be concise.

Remember, the key is to let your potential customer do the talking. By asking the right questions and really listening to their answers, you'll be able to identify their pain points and present your solution in a way that speaks directly to them. 💬

Of course, at some point, they'll ask how much you charge. When this happens, be prepared and confident in your answer. Then, make silence. Even if it feels uncomfortable, resist the urge to fill the silence. Let them come to a decision on their own. 💰
