Three years back, I did something crazy... I said no to picking a single path in my career, even when everyone doubted me and said I needed to "find a lane." Was I crazy? Maybe. But being locked into one career felt too limiting for my curious mindset. I'm hardwired for exploring and learning across disciplines. I kept hearing "no thanks" from roles that couldn't appreciate my eclectic mix of skills. But then, I clicked with a gig that welcomed my unconventional blend. I dove headfirst into strategy, operations, product, hiring - you name it. That generalist vibe? It worked. Everything suddenly made sense. I think I found my calling. Over the last few years, my multi-disciplinary approach has unlocked growth and innovation through diverse perspectives and ideas (ask my previous managers :D) Now, I'm building Albus at Springworks and pursuing projects that leverage my wide range of abilities.
