- Founded an e-commerce website that catered to millennial fashion apparel. Designed the website from the ground up on Shopify & worked on product designs using Adobe Illustrator. 
- Created a go-to-market strategy for product launch, product designs, & catalogue effectiveness after studying the US market landscape & behaviour, with thorough competition research
- Sold $300 worth of clothing within 2 weeks of launch, using organic channels
- Negotiated & automated the entire fulfilment process which resulted in cost reduction by 30%, & led to break-even every month
- Overhauled brand presence on the E-commerce platform by implementing a content strategy – including creative development & enhanced brand content on social media platforms

The Himalaya Drug Company

- Devised a product roadmap for the company’s pharmaceutical vertical in Indonesia by analyzing the consumer touch points & the competitive landscape
- Deep-dived into the 5-year sales data to analyze market trends of their top pharmaceutical product to derive actionable insights which helped to position better against competitors & maintain their market share
- Assisted in identifying problems within the distribution channels of the products in the growth phase & provided recommendations for rectifying them, which resulted in an increase in the top-line of the brand
- Created product dashboards which helped the various stakeholders to undertake strategic decisions regarding sales trends, distribution channels, top-performing brands & sales executives

Summer Intern - Product

- Assisted in a US $3.5 Bn Insolvency resolution case of a consumer durables company, conducted financial & operational due diligence; developed a turn-around strategy & created a business plan to achieve profitability & resume operations
- Collaborated with PwC UK for the sale of 35 distressed companies for a leading Indian Bank by conducting due diligence & background checks 
- Supported Partner & Director in preparation of pitch-book for US $875Mn credit side restructuring deals
- Empanelled an insolvency database solution provider which resulted in an increase of leads by 25%

Analyst

Three years back, I did something crazy...

I said no to picking a single path in my career, even when everyone doubted me and said I needed to "find a lane."

Was I crazy? Maybe. 

But being locked into one career felt too limiting for my curious mindset. I'm hardwired for exploring and learning across disciplines.

I kept hearing "no thanks" from roles that couldn't appreciate my eclectic mix of skills. 

But then, I clicked with a gig that welcomed my unconventional blend.

I dove headfirst into strategy, operations, product, hiring - you name it. 

That generalist vibe? It worked. Everything suddenly made sense. I think I found my calling.

Over the last few years, my multi-disciplinary approach has unlocked growth and innovation through diverse perspectives and ideas (ask my previous managers :D)

Now, I'm building Albus at Springworks and pursuing projects that leverage my wide range of abilities.

Being endlessly curious is my thing. I believe generalists like me will drive the next wave of innovation (agree to disagree)

What is the potential impact of AI on the workplace?

Why 90% of startups are betting on the wrong team member...

Back in college, I was like most people, I thought:
→ Specialists > Generalists
→ Generalists are liabilities without expertise

Safe to say, how naively wrong I was

Yet, an unhealthy specialist obsession persists in startup hiring:
→ Limits diverse perspective
→ Tunnel visions alert
 
Obviously, does more harm than good

Do you see what's missing here?

Generalists (ofc)

They are what every successful startup desperately needs

Yes, specialists have deeper skills...

But generalists help with their:
→ Curious nature
→ Diverse thought process
→ Versatile problem-solving skills
→ Critical thinking across domains

These become even more critical with scale.

Yet the stigma persists.

It's time startups finally rewrote their hiring playbooks.

Until last year, I was my own worst enemy...

Constantly telling myself:
"You're not good enough."
"You're an imposter, a fraud."
"You'll never achieve your goals."

I was endlessly fixated on my:
→ Perceived flaws
→ Shortcomings
→ Mistakes

Let's be honest:

We'd never let others speak so harshly to us.

Yet we relentlessly berate ourselves, reinforcing harmful narratives.

In this vicious cycle, we often neglect the voice of our inner cheerleader.

But slowly, persistently, I've retrained that inner voice through one simple daily practice:

Expressing genuine self-compassion.

Each morning, I pause to say something kind to myself, like:

"I'm proud of your efforts, keep going."
"You've got this. I believe in your abilities."
"You're growing, be patient with the journey."

Is it awkward at first? Absolutely.

Our negativity bias runs deep, making positive self-talk feel unnatural.

But over time, it reframes your mindset. Builds authentic confidence.

Allow self-acceptance to silence that cruel inner critic.

Remember - life's too short to focus on negativity.

97% of us are guilty of saying:

Admit it, you love excuses (...even I do too)

But here's the thing:
 
The cost of inaction is way too high - in life, business, and relationships

All the founders I've worked with have explicitly told me to: 
→ Execute first, and gather feedback on fly
→ Don't prep for more than a week
→ Action >>> research

Why?

Because real, tangible results come from doing

From stepping into the unknown and adapting to every challenge

This approach has always stuck with me.

The learning never stops, and honestly, I wouldn't have it any other way.

To everyone stuck in the planning phase: Move. Take that step. 

The world is waiting (but it will not wait forever)
