I had a great reminder recently of why businesses with great products and services still lose sales and miss out on work.
It’s crazy really, because the fix is often very simple.

- Most of the time, it’s not a quality problem.
- It’s not a pricing problem.
- And it’s definitely not a capability problem.

It’s an AWARENESS problem.

And i see it time and time again.

On a recent project with an established B2B services company, everything looked right on the surface:
 • Services clearly listed on a well-designed website
 • Capabilities outlined in a sales deck
 • Internal teams confident in what they offer

Yet customers still weren’t fully aware of how the business could help them.
The CEO kept hearing the same line from clients:
