I’ve lived a few lives—law school grad, nanny, executive assistant. I’ve worked in fast-paced environments, built systems, supported big visions, and learned how to hold it all together. But over time, I started craving something more real. More grounded. More mine. Now, I teach Lagree at Snake & Twist, Paris’s most reknown studio, where I guide classes that are intense, intentional, and rooted in presence.
