To win, you need to optimize:
Infrastructure + Relevance


Here's how you do it:


1️⃣ Focus on infrastructure:

✅ Create secondary domains and inboxes

Never skip this step so that your main domain stays safe.

↳ Use a secondary domain like “ask.yourcompany(dot)com”

✅ Warm up your inboxes

You just can't go from 0 emails sent to 100 overnight.
Gmail and Outlook won't let you.

↳ Use tools to gradually increase your email volume over a few weeks to build your sender reputation.

✅ Get your technical setup right

Your DNS, DKIM, and all the fancy settings must be correctly configured.

↳ I use Maildoso, so I know all these steps are done well and it saves me a ton of time.

How I generate dozens of warm leads weekly for my agency.
Here is my stack and process:


⚠️ Pre requisite: identify a source for those warm leads.

Ideally, they come from your content (like and comments) or your LinkedIn profile visitors.

Indirect sources:
→ Competitors posts (caution with this one)
→ Events attendees
→ Groups
→ Etc.


Now, here is the process:


➡️ Data scraping

You need to extract these warm leads profiles, so you can push them in your automated workflow.

Tools:

→ PhantomBuster (for advanced users)
→ folk social selling Chrome extension

→ Apify (for advanced users)


➡️ ICP filtering and enrichment

You can’t extract the list and send a generic message.
No “spray and pray” here 💪
