3. Problem-Solving: Being innovative isn't always about creating something new. It's about finding new ways to solve existing problems, about thinking 'outside the code', and leveraging our creativity. 
 
4. Adaptability: The tech world is in constant flux. Being able to learn on the go, to adapt to new technologies and methodologies is what keeps us relevant. 
 
5. Resilience: Debugging can be an uphill battle, but perseverance pays off. It’s about resisting the urge to give up when a solution seems elusive and sticking with it until we ‘crack the code’.
