I am a Developer driven by a deep calling to help individuals build their self-esteem. Having faced my own struggles with self-esteem, I have become a life experience expert in understanding how personal value is shaped. I believe that self-esteem reflects how we perceive our worth, often influenced by the interpretations and feedback we receive from others. Throughout my life, I have gained a wealth of experience in various fast-paced and challenging environments. From growing up around livestock, machinery, and fire to working in fields like conservation, wildland fire management, and emergency response, I’ve developed a unique skill set. My career has included roles in ambulance and first responder situations, large machinery operation, construction, equipment troubleshooting and repair, and building system evaluation. Despite the technical challenges I’ve faced, I’ve found that communication is often the most difficult yet crucial aspect of my work. Through my journey, I’ve discovered that active listening is one of the most powerful tools for helping others recognize their value. By truly hearing people, I can help them see themselves more clearly and, in turn, boost their self-esteem. People inherently know why they are special, but they often struggle to see the value in who they are. I help them by identifying and reflecting back some of the special traits they reveal to me.
