As Group COO, my primary function is to promote company culture, drive the values and vision of the business whilst supporting the business leaders and CEO.

Group Portfolio; Novello Technologies, Build a Career, SYK Healthcare, PSR Solutions and the latest addition, PCN. 

Duties include;

• Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures
• Assist CEO in delivering the Vision 2.0
• Support Hiring 
• Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth
• Establish policies that promote company culture and vision (Environmental, social, and corporate governance strategy.)
• Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance etc.)
• Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication
• Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
• Write and submit reports to the CEO in all matters of importance
• Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.)
• Oversee Executive Committee

Chief Operating Officer

PSR Solutions

My role at PSR covers all businesses within the Group. Novello, Build a Career, SYK Healthcare and the core UK construction business, PSR Solutions. 

Working alongside the Managing Director, Business & Growth Strategy is at the forefront of my responsibility at PSR. The areas below form my day to day duties;

Group Development Director

My role as Client Relationship Director at PSR is wide-ranging, and diversify allowing me to focus on the strategic development of all brands in the PSR Group.

Overall responsibility for;
Marketing of PSR Solutions, Contract Solutions, Trades, and International. 
Social Media Planning 
Ensuring high standards to PSR preferred supplier status clients.
Establishing new operational geographical areas.
Partnerships 
Candidate Generation and Client Strategies
Also supporting staff in London, Birmingham, Stafford, and Sheffield with regular office visits.

The remaining time is focused on the direct growth and net profitability of PSR Group. Working alongside the Managing Director looking wide and far for opportunities to develop the PSR Group.

Client Relationship Director

I have been working within the Infrastructure division at PSR since 2012, developing a talented pool of candidates from both a commercial and operational background.

Since March 2014 I also head up the Civils and Infrastructure team, which services clients across the whole of the UK.  The team has grown and developed an in-depth industry knowledge and applies a unique professional approach to client relationships.  We source talent for various projects from residential and commercial groundworks, industrial structures and buildings, rail and electrification schemes through to general civil engineering, Flood alleviation and a range of utilities projects.

I supply candidates into a number of market leading Construction clients and am their primary point of contact for their Civil and Infrastructure recruitment. I have extensive industry knowledge and am able to match skill sets to the right roles through providing a true consultancy service based on research, competitor analysis and industry and project specific knowledge.  I place great emphasis on excellent communication, acting with honesty and managing relationships through listening and understanding client and candidate requirements.

Cosmedic Beauty offer Facial Aesthetics & Beauty services.

Led by experienced Nurse, Rachael Berks. Rachael has 15 years experience working in healthcare services and is an independent nurse prescriber.

​Trained by a Harley Street award winning aesthetic surgeon, Rachael is qualified in Botox® and Dermal Filler treatments.

​At Cosmedic Beauty, our aim is to deliver 100% customer satisfaction by providing high-quality professional services.

Co-Founded GCP with my business partner Jake Keeling with the aim of making performance specialists accessible to all athletes from grassroots to elite programs.

GCP are one of UK’s leading sports performance company’s. Based at the National Football Centre, St George’s Park, GCP are partners to the FA and PFA. Our aim is to bring elite-level sports performance to a wider audience in the UK.

The team at GCP have been delivering to a diverse range of customers including schools, colleges, universities, teams, athletes and businesses.

The Stone Group

My position as the supply chain client director is to manage existing business relationships whilst targeting strategic accounts that could grow the business without impacting on current partnership agreements.  The business division was created in 2010 and has quickly become an established sales market at Stone group delivering stable revenue streams in excess of £6 million. 

I also have commitments to manage the largest account in the business a charity supplying 6500 devices per year, contract worth £9 Million.  

Stone Group’s recycled and refurbished product is also managed by my team with projects to help bridge the digital divide the main revenue stream.

Supply Chain Client Director

During a 2 year period as Stone Group special projects sales manager I was directly involved in government initiatives such Computers for Pupils, Home Access for Targeted user Groups and Home Access.  My role involved working with Local Authorities to scope, promote, and deliver large scale projects. During this period I completed projects totalling circa 18K notebooks. Leeds City Council’s Computers for Pupils scheme was the 2 nd largest in the county, 7.5K mobile devices with connectivity were delivered to children.

Special Projects Vertical Manager - Education

During my time as an account manager at Stone I developed my skills as an internal telephone executive before moving to a external role within the schools and  local authority vertical market. I was also utilised in Higher Education and Further Education towards the end of this role working on the National framework for contracts for both Notebooks and Desktop Computers.

With over 25 years of experience in sales and leadership, I bring a wealth of expertise to my role as Managing Director at Vantage Consulting. My career has been dedicated to driving business growth, leading organisational transformation, and fostering high-performance teams.

Previously, as Chief Operating Officer of PSR Group, I supported the CEO in realising Vision 2.0 and managed daily operations. Key achievements included expanding the team from 20 to over 200, establishing 12 offices across 3 countries, completing 2 strategic acquisitions, and launching a technology start-up. I also led the company to attain the Investor in People Platinum award.

I am committed to continual self-improvement and am currently pursuing postgraduate studies in global football business management. My leadership philosophy is based on maximising potential and treating everyone with respect and courtesy.
