With over 25 years of experience in sales and leadership, I bring a wealth of expertise to my role as Managing Director at Vantage Consulting. My career has been dedicated to driving business growth, leading organisational transformation, and fostering high-performance teams. Previously, as Chief Operating Officer of PSR Group, I supported the CEO in realising Vision 2.0 and managed daily operations. Key achievements included expanding the team from 20 to over 200, establishing 12 offices across 3 countries, completing 2 strategic acquisitions, and launching a technology start-up. I also led the company to attain the Investor in People Platinum award. I am committed to continual self-improvement and am currently pursuing postgraduate studies in global football business management.
