How to stay consistent on LinkedIn - the No-Fail method: 
 
(if you struggle to show up consistently, read this!)  
 
Here's how to stay consistent without feeling overwhelmed: 
 
1. Choose YOUR version of consistency. 
 
Consistency is → 5 posts every week. 
(Also) consistency is → 1 post every week. 
Both work, as long as you do it long enough. 
 
2. Find your Linkie gang. 
 
They are your accountability buddies. 
It could be just 1 person, doesn't matter. 
Y'all help each other grow + stick together. 
 
3. Make showing up daily a habit. 
 
Look, you don't have to post daily. 
BUT show up daily → it may look like this: 
1 comment, or 1 DM, or supporting 1 person. 
 
Consistency ≠ Speed / Quantity. 
 
Consistency = Commitment. 
 
Commit to showing up daily and you won't fail, my people.🫶🏻

The last 47 days were the most life-changing period of my career. 
 
And it is because I took one of the hardest steps... 
 
As someone with trust issues, I went from working solo to working with a small team. 
 
I kept doubting whether I was making the right decision or no. 
 
But it helped me build stronger systems and fill in the gaps. 
 
And guess what? Our system's been killin' it recently. 
 
With that said, here are 4 business wins we had this week: 
 
1. A networking call got us a huge deal. 
2. We hired our first community manager. 
3. A client prepaid the next 2 installments.  
 
And it's just the beginning. 
 
Excited to see what the upcoming days have in store for us. 
 
But this experience sure did teach me 1 thing: 
 
Take more chances on people and have a lil faith. 
 
You might be surprised.

As a remote team, we never track time. 
 
We run a 100% remote business yet we don't care about the "number of hours" put in. 
 
Instead of time tracking, we monitor our work based on: 
 
- quality of results achieved 
- no. of tasks completed 
- client's feedback 
 
Results? 
 
- work-life balance 
- reduced burnout levels 
- a high-performance team 
 
TBH 40 hours of weekly work time doesn't mean better results. 
 
But a high-performing and committed team does. 
 
So, give your team control over their time and they will get you the results you want.

What LinkedIn content is NOT about: 
 
1. Using fancy terms  
2. Chasing ONLY virality 
3. Hardselling in every single post 
4. Basing your worth on the no. of "likes" 
5. Throwing shades at others to gain traction 
 
What LinkedIn content is actually about: 
 
1. Educating, inspiring or entertaining people 
2. Making your content super digestible 
3. Showcasing your expertise 
4. Providing free value 
5. Being kind 
 
When I started creating content to help people rather than for personal gain that's when people started appreciating my content. 
 
Be for the people and the people will be yours.

But I'm still at 15k and I'm happy about that. 
 
Cause life happened and I have been living it to the fullest this year: 
 
1. rediscovering myself 
2. investing in courses and mentors 
4. building a team that supports my vision 
4. a whole month off just to chill with my fam 
5. working on my faith & relationship with God 
 
None of that would have happened if I had only focused on the follower count. 
 
Life often does not go as planned. 
 
It's better to adapt than to resist. 
 
And remember you can always change the path.

On Sundays, I do a "weekly preview". 
 
Before finalizing my weekly schedule I ask myself these 3 questions: 
 
1. What can I delegate on my calendar? 
2. What can I automate on my calendar? 
3. What can I remove from my calendar? 
 
This has helped me stay focused and earn back my time. 
 
Focus on the tasks that need your attention. 
 
For the rest: delegate, automate, remove.

Writing LinkedIn posts isn't the same anymore.

Here's how to write posts that get max reads: 
 
1.⁠ ⁠Keep your post length = 450-700 characters. 
 
Make your post fit the screen of your mobile. 
(helps write to-the-point & cut unnecessary) 
Keep the post reading time <45 seconds. 
 
2. Format your posts. Guidelines: 
 
Max sentence length (all) = 1-liner 
Max white spaces used at a time = 1 
Max para length = 3 lines+ white space 
 
3. Don't overstuff your post. Instead: 
 
Address only 1 problem per post. 
Talk about only 1 topic per post. 
Give only 1 message per post. 
 
Everybody can write but not everybody gets read.  
 
Being "easy to read" enough will make you one of the most-read writers on LinkedIn. :)

How to always get max comments on your LI posts (for beginers and pros) 
 
These 3 habits will get you a super engaged audience: 
 
1. Add a PS to your posts (but not just any PS). 
 
End your posts with a simple PS question. 
It can be either a "Yes/No" question. 
OR a "number/metrics" question. 
 
Trick: It shouldn't take them more than 3 secs to answer it. 
 
2. Add "bonus" comments on your posts. 
 
Wait 10 mins after you publish a post. 
Then leave 3-4 comments. Here's how: 
"📌" emoji > "BONUS" > whitespace > meat 
 
Tip: Provide extra value, give BTS, share stories or ask questions. 
 
3. Reply to all your comments in first 1 hour. 
 
Reply to comments → Start conversations. 
Appreciate people. Make them feel welcome. 
People come for your post but stay for YOU.😊 
 
Trick: Make them feel they are a part of your network.  
 
Remember; there's real human behind the scene. 
 
Learn to build real connections and make it about THEM.

I failed everywhere else before I finally found success on LinkedIn. 
 
1 year ago today: 
 
- I was new to copywriting 
- had no business knowledge 
- had never made a sale before 
 
I was struggling so much. Just thinking about it makes me go 🥶🫠😵‍💫🥴🤒🤕☠️. 
 
Today: 
 
- my strongest skill is copywriting 
- I'm running my business well 
- I book 1-4 calls every day 
 
TBH I'm not special for doing so...  
 
Anyone can do it. You can do it, too (and even faster and better than me if you try). 
 
You'll succeed on LinkedIn if you: 
 
1. Share your knowledge for free. 
2. Show up for at least 3-6 months. 
3. Follow the "rule of 1" in your LI posts. 
4. Engage (daily) as if you get paid for it.  
5. Optimize your profile into a landing page. 
6. Build a community not just a big following. 
7. Focus on helping people and not "hard-sell". 
 
Anyone can follow the above checklist. Right? It's NOR rocket science as you can see. 
 
People who find success are not "special". 
 
They just never give up. 
 
And that's the real secret - no cap!!!🤠

1. Find a problem to talk about. 
 
Give people a reason to follow you. 
↳ Solve the problem → provide value. 
 
2. Decide your posting frequency. 
 
3-5 posts/week (pick whatever's doable). 
↳ This will help you stay consistent on LI.🔥 
 
3. Choose your posting days (3/5 days). 
 
Choose the days when you are "available". 
↳ Stick to these posting days, every week. 
 
4. Pick a posting time and stick to it. 
 
Block 30 mins before and after that time. 
↳ Engage meaningfully during above blocks. 
 
5. Start with writing comments first. 
 
Show up daily (during the 1 hour block). 
↳ Practice your writing skills + experiment. 
 
6. Follow the rule of 1 to write each post. 
 
1 post ➤ 1 topic ➤ 1 problem ➤ 1 message. 
↳ Don't overstuff your post, 1 thing at a time. 
 
BONUS: 
 
7. Build your tribe (extremely important). 
 
Support others. Provide free value. Be kind. 
↳ Here to stay? Build a supportive community. 
 
If you want to write on LI my advice to you is: 
 
Stop overthinking it and start today. Start now... 
 
You'll never be 100% prepared but if you start you'll 100% find your way out.

I built a community of 14k+ on LinkedIn in 8 months. 
 
But according to my "perfect 2024 plan", I am supposed to hit 27k by next month. 
 
I may or may not achieve the above goal... but over the past 8 months, I have: 
 
- showed up on LI even on bad days. 
- built my personal brand from scratch.  
- made it to Top LI rising star in 5 months. 
- replied to 100s of comments on my posts. 
- still posted despite being at "family events". 
- engaged even through episodes of cramps.🫠 
 
Could I have done better? Sure. 
 
But honestly, I am proud of how far I have come. 
 
1 year ago, the only consistent thing about me was my inconsistency. 
 
But looking back at my past 8 months here has helped me silence the impostor syndrome voice in my head. 
 
I want you to pause for a moment and look back as well. 
 
You might be stressing over your goals rn but do you see how far you've already come? 
 
You are doing amazing, my friend.  
 
And you'll achieve all your goals. I believe in you.
