Soccer Classroom is Jerry's "community service" project. Through this online coaching platform, Soccer Classroom reaches over six thousand fans on Facebook and over half a million coaches and players in countries all over the world. The magnified resulting impact on players and teams is immeasurable.

McCoy and Company (MAC), the commercial arm of North Florida Field Services, Inc., spun out from the parent company in December 2014. Utilizing the same white collar approach to a blue collar business, MAC services Property Managers, Owners and Architects in realizing their construction visions.

NFFS General Contractors

Founded in 2007 by Marti McCoy with $5,000 and a borrowed trailer, NFFS General Contractors has grown to be a leader in the REO home repair, property preservation, maintenance and inspection of residential homes. Headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida with additional offices in Tampa, NFFS completes restoration work across the state of Florida for Banks, Hedge Funds and Equity Funds. Totally Soccer is a leading provider of soccer jerseys, uniforms and field equipment to teams and clubs across the country. The direct from the factory approach makes buying soccer gear easier, cheaper and faster.

Totally Soccer leveraged its infrastructure and systems to smartly branch into other sports to offset seasonality and increase buying power. The company owns and operates a suite of sports websites that sells custom sports uniforms.

Jogo is a leading producer of team sports apparel throughout North America. To secure his Management Consultant Visa, Jerry was certified as an expert in the US soccer market. In this position, he built systems and procedures to align manufacturing, sales and marketing.

"It’s rough." "It’s slow." "It barely works."

But that’s how everything great begins.

The first electric cars crawled down the road and ran out of power fast.

Leaders who prioritize "how we've always done it" are already obsolete. When a CEO says, "We've invested too much in our current approach to change now," I hear a death rattle.

Companies thriving in AI environments treat sunk costs as sunk. 

They recognize that the cost of not switching often exceeds the cost of switching. They're willing to cannibalize their products before someone else does.

❓Question: What sacred cow in your business model needs slaughtering?

🤔 Perpetual Curiosity 
The most dangerous words in business today: "We know our industry."

Curiosity ends precisely where beliefs begin. 

When you solidify your understanding of how something "should" work, you've created a blind spot that AI will exploit.

Top-performing teams maintain a state of perpetual discovery. They approach each quarter asking, "What if everything we believed last quarter is now wrong?"

Question: What deeply-held belief about your business might no longer be true?

❌ Ruthless Discernment 
As AI floods organizations with information, the ability to filter signal from noise becomes your most valuable asset.

The volume of both insight and misinformation is exploding simultaneously. Companies that can rapidly distinguish between the two make better decisions faster, creating compounding advantage.

This isn't just about spotting fake news. It's about developing organizational muscles to continually reassess what matters and what doesn't as the landscape shifts daily. 

Companies that actively embrace questions and questioning will win.

Question: What information are you treating as fact that might actually be noise?

The greatest irony of the AI revolution? 
The companies winning aren't those with the most advanced technology. They have the most fundamental human values: flexibility in thinking, insatiable curiosity, and wisdom to discern truth.

Your AI tools are commodities. Your values are not.

The Leadership Distinction That Changes Everything: Kind vs. Nice

The barista who wrote "be kind" on my coffee this morning delivered more than caffeine—they handed me the most powerful leadership principle that separates exceptional leaders from merely adequate ones.

Here's what most get wrong: We confuse being nice with being kind.

Nice leaders seek approval. 
Kind leaders seek growth. 

Nice leaders avoid difficult conversations. 
Kind leaders navigate them with respect. 

Nice leaders prioritize comfort. 
Kind leaders prioritize development.

The data is clear: Teams led with authentic kindness outperform those managed with surface-level pleasantries by significant margins. Why? Because kindness creates psychological safety while still maintaining accountability.

I've witnessed transformation in organizations when leaders shift from:

Avoiding feedback → Delivering honest insights with compassion
Protecting feelings → Protecting potential
People-pleasing → Purpose-driven decision-making

The strongest leaders I've worked with don't back down—they're the most dedicated to their team's collective growth, even when that path requires tough conversations.
